It's likely that they needed to wait till winter. It's not a coincidence that they arrived at the Wall just as snow began to fall in the South.

Well, that and they didn't really have a way to get through the Wall before that.

Yeah I know that, but he could have taken two dragons + all the humans there, instead he conveniently aims at the dragon not carrying the 2 main characters in the show. Like it was just so dumb and illogical.
1. Actually we don't know that. He didn't miss Drogon. Drogon learned how to dodge after already being hit by a scorpion. The NK's aim was perfect both times.
2. Viserion was lighting up his wight army and making a turn for him thus being the bigger threat.

Best chance for bagging 2 dragons was downing Viserion first. If he killed Drogon first, the other two would've noped out of there like Rhaegal did after Viserion got hit.

Nothing illogical about it. You are just not smart enough to understand the NK was making a calculation that almost paid off.

All this talk on the night king.

I guess we dont know exactly the name of him but, did we not see him become the king a few seasons back? The little forest kid stuck something in his chest and tunred him into the king so he could raise and army and fight the wildlings, no?

Bran saw it in his vision. I feel like if that guy was a STARK then somehow we should have known by now.

He doesnt even look like the NK. He looks like the NK's right hand man, cause of the long hair.


Also, I agree that it seems that the dragon being killed so they could destroy the wall was perfect timing. But maybe it was just that? Perfect timing? Took 7 seasons. NK was prob chillin like "phuck i got this sick army but how do I solve this wall problem?" Then one day a dragon comes and hes like "phuck ya. I bet if I kill that dragon and turn it then I can phuck that wall up."

Why cant it just be that simple?

Am I the only one that thinks the Dragon looks like it's on 2x speed during it's first fly by? Feels like I'm fast forwarding when it flies by. No one else has mentioned this.

Yeah I thought about that too the second time I watched it. In reality - definitely. I think it's just the creative designer guy's way of showing that Viserion is a wight now though.

I mean the wights shouldn't be able to move their limbs that are just bones without muscles/tendons/etc, yet here we are.

That ice spear the NK threw royally fuked up the dragon more than the scorpion bolt though, so I think it's fair to say that Ice/Fire are both weaknesses of each other.
