Yes, it wasn't that good.

People hating on those who didn't enjoy it need to chill. Obviously we enjoyed the otherSIXseasons... Not many shows even have multiple seasons that are good.

Homeland S1 is epic, S2 is good and the rest suck. That's just how it is, nobody is a hater or being picky.

Godfather 1 is epic, Godfather 2 is arguably better or slightly worse, Godfather 3 just sucks in comparison.

Why do people always hate on movie sequels but are defending Game of Thrones S7 like cucks?

only complaint was the pace.

other than that this season was epic as fukkk. hipsters love hating on popular chit and constantly looking for problems to seem cool and edgy.

Daenerys going in hard on the lannister army was one of the best moments of the entire show. fukking incredible scene.

The last episode was also one of the best episodes of the series:
-brb Jon Snow actually Aegon Targeryan aka confirmed savior of the world
-brb incredibly well written
-brb numerous intense moments where we thought tyrion or jaime would die
-brb metal as fukk cuzzzzz ice dragon melting the wall
-brb incest of peace

Before you complain about armchair critics, go to Youtube and watch a couple scenes from the first 2-4 seasons. Then compare those to the last couple episodes.

Instead of fuking up the opposition with her dragons and armies and THEN taking care of the dead chilling and staring at the wall - since, you know, there's about fuk all they can do against an 800 feet tall block of stone and ice -, Dany just handed over one of her dragons to the NK in return for uhh, Jamie. Oh, and some diking.

They ****ed Dorne, littlefinger, Varys, Highgarden, Mance Rayder , Stannis all so fan favourite characters look better.

I don't read up anything on GOT just watch it casually and don't take it seriously, i also sometimes forget a few details but the sand sloots and aryas training is where even a casual watcher like me noticed the drop in quality. Still love the show though. Haven't watched the finale yet and lil sis spoiled some of it the fukn ******* but will still watch.

without question. it seriously seems like it was written by totally different people

i think what really got my jimmies rumbling was the Twilight romance between Jon and Dany. cot damn that chit was cringeworthy. Not only did Jon spend the entire season refusing to bend the knee but he ends up bending at the moment Dany has the least amount of leverage; after she saw the dead and already committed to helping.

He awakens ,(after somehow surviving hyperthermia from plunging into an ice lake and traveling all the way back to the wall) caresses her hand, calls her dany like a beta (jorah doesnt even do this) and looks longfully into her eyes as he surrenders the entire north to her because he "believes in her". No, he just wanted to get in those fiery sugar walls. That was the worst scene in the entire series. So much cringe.

That arc could have actually played out well in a previous season where the writing was top notch but this simple turned into something you would see in a teen vampire movie. Not even any buildup to the romance. Just him brooding around dragonstone and then her riding on her dragon, in her Channel Winters Collection outfit , to rescue him like the bitch he is. And then straight to banging on the ****. So awful.
