Article posted like 10 mins ago shows it most likely curving under Flordia into the gulf. Poor Texas brahs might have to start getting ready for round 2, wouldn't that be some chit. This would still be bad news for South Flordia brahs also.
It's not going to Texas.

It's either going up the east coast or the west coast of Florida.

Man, I hope that's not the case. Houston is a bit of a mess right now. We escaped any significant wind damage, but the flooding wrecked so much. I wouldn't want to have to deal with round 2 of that. But at the same time, I don't know if it would help anything if relief efforts have to be split between 2 major areas. Irma, pls.

Damn that looks pretty bad for Flordia and Georgia brahs, gonna be feeling it pretty hard in SC if it takes that projection also.... But it's still at where you have different models showing different courses still can't say for sure yet if it's going gulf or up the east coast.

Hoping it just brushes northern DR on Thursday so the resort survives, then the flight Monday that stops in Atlanta may also be okay as it should be down in FL still and we could fly around it. HOPING

I ordered my emerald tree boa from a place in Palmetto Bay (Miami-Dade County), called XYZ Reptiles. I'm concerned they won't ship it to me which they're supposed to on Wednesday then I have to be home to sign for him Thursday.

I wish putting a dent in my plan to setup my new pet were the only concern I had with this hurricane, but it's not. Gonna be severe ffs. Feel bad for anyone who gets it. It's sorta our nature to want it to hit elsewhere (i.e. someone else) because we worry about us and ours first and foremost of course...

I was supposed to go to Miami Friday. Hotel isn't going to refund me at this point. Much bigger things to worry about though. Hope everyone prepares and is safe.
