What I like is the zero Apple plants in the audience ramping up the responses - this is because prompting cheers is incredibly difficult, very expensive, obvious to everyone and offers poor return on that expense and risk. Besides, Apple have nothing to gain from an air of hyperventilating excitement at product launches.
