idk how you big phone brahs deal with it.

ive been iphone 6/7 crew since the start. never once wanted the plus. too fukin big and uncomfortable. iphone 7 is the perfect size for me.

and i have large hands. but just the thought of having that big ass phone in my jean pocket while im walking everywhere just makes no thanks jefe.

I seriously cringe at the thought of a huge mass of people getting excited and joyful over a cell phone. I've had my android phone for 4 years and will continue using it until it dies. Its a fuking PHONE.

I've gotten the iPhone 6 and iPhone 7 on launch days at Verizon.

I was watching the Apple Stream on YouTube and literally was laughing at my computer. They added nothing of value.

The entire front is a screen but there is no benefit to it.

I'll be keeping my iPhone 7 for a long while at this rate.

I just upgraded my S3 from 2012/13 to an S8+ and now I am confused on how it works, I miss the ole' flippers with a pull up antenna and all it had was a small screen for numbers dialing and a keypad so simple.

The only thing I'm interested in is that the 8 and X are capable of 4k video, 60 fps, and slow motion.

Looks like the logic behind this-is-why-you-should-pay-us-$1000-again-this-year is all the claims that the IR face scanner is soooo advanced. Take that chit out and I'll gladly drop tree fiddy on one.

Don't have and iPhone, but have thought about switching since I have and iPad and had great customer service experience with them. Was on the phone with them for an hour and they coulnd't figure out my issue and needed me to get proof of purchase from like 4 years ago. I said I didn't think I could and they said well you're SOL. About 20 minutes later I got a call from them and they figured out what was wrong.

The headphone jack is a big negative for me. Does the phone come with their wireless headphones?

The redundancy of these products is ridiculous. I can hardly find any differences between the 7 plus, 8/8plus, and X. Theres almost no selling points as to WHY the new generations are worth paying $700+ for over purchasing a 7/7plus at a much lower cost.
The FaceID is a gimmick. The touchID works just fine, and this feature is only good for unlocking the phone rather than punching in a code. Don't most people pull out their phone with their thumb already resting on the home button? Every time I pull my phone from my pocket, my thumb is already on the home button and the screen is unlocked by the time my eyes lock onto the phone.
Water "resistance" is a gimmick, mainly because the 7 already achieved a good level of resistance. Furthermore, most normal people would prevent their phones from getting soaked to begin with.

I only see a few selling points to be the wireless charging (even then, its not a big deal, the standard cable is tiny anyway), and yes the phone isslightlyfaster. The camera quality remains at 12mp from the 7 plus. Screen size is the same. What dictates this to be innovative over the last 2 generations?

My favorite feature on the 7 plus is the portrait mode pictures and the size of the screen. Literally all I could want from the 8 and X, but its not new.
