What is the point in a mod neg?(positivity thread)

What the hell is the point of mods negging? The community isnt even for them,once you become a mod you are no longer just a normal user. It isnt just powers so you can ban/**** with every member that rustles your jim jams. Being a mod is about cleaning up the forum and maintaining the image that the forum is fair/impartial.

I know what a mod neg / mod ban is, but what's an infraction? When do you give out those? Never heard of them.

mods waste their precious time by being janitors on this forum and this job is unfulfilling since they do not get paid in exchange for their time.
so they get these green square numbers instead with which they can cause negative emotions in other people that value them, even if it is only felt through a computer screen.
this is the only reward they get for the countless hours they put in to wipe chit.

Infractions are the worst (except a perma ban naturally)

I have two. They never go away. Everytime you open your C.P they're there.

Sometimes being fair/impartial means giving a small percentage of people mod negs. Some people seem to only respond and change after getting one.

All I'm reading is whaaaaa whaaaaa mods are not nice to me. The community is for them to regulate red mosquitos like you from infecting the place. I've been mod negged by TP once and banned a couple of times. All justified cuz I went full retard in some posts knowing it could lead to a ban. Reassess the chit you post cuz if they pull up on your CP with some red period blood, it usually means you posted some mosquito red chit.
