It is nice here. Besides the rain, hipsters and large homeless population. But the last two are everywhere in the west coast not just the pnw.

It's pretty cool I must admit. There are showers now that you can control the water temp to the nearest 0.1 F degree with a digital interface instead of a knob.

this is what you get around chattanooga TN for $300k...Id love me a modern home but bottom left is as close as it gets. Around 2200sq/ft average. Thankfully I wont be in this city when I finally buy. They arent bad but not my style

Carb Mal-absorption, no breads, sugary snacks, rice, pasta...live off of 30-40g a day.

99% of the homes in south Florida are Mediterranean style. my neighborhood is the only in my city with modern/contemporary style construction.

This is my same house but Mediterranean design.

These homes look way bigger than 2000 sq ft. Mirin the middle two and the left bottom. Houses in those styles only exist in older neighborhoods now. Like I keep saying for some reason every single new house looks like a cube.

Chattanooga is full of old money. Even the newer houses have a touch of the older style to pull in buyers in the area. Space saving, cube style? Building a cube shows that theres no wasted space maybe. Yeah, I think the bottom right is like 1850, the rest are closer to 2400sqft. In my mind, I expect to buy property and get a building company to make my home the way I(WE) want.
