Oh I joined because I found the RH section and posted a thread about an issue I was having

thats how

I'm not a lifter, I work out 2-3x a week, I'm healthy weighted for my height, and although fitness is not an imperative in my life, staying a stable weight and looking good for myself is. I'm not into bulking up or stuff like that.
