Actually its not that uncommon. I remember reading once that it occurs in 50% of prepubescent males but typically disappears on its own after puberty.

Legit thought I had gyno as well when bulking (around 20 % BF). Now at 8-10 % lower, my nipples are fine/normal. I do have somewhat of chest muscles though, not DYEL like op.

9 times out of 10, it's just that guys. Fat and maybe puffy nipples, which could be due to the heated weather. Seems to me OP got suckered out of 3k buckaroos. Can't trust doctors, they just in it to make money.

If mammary glands were removed from OP's tits, that's gyno, simple as that. No amount of fat loss would have got rid of it.
Yours was likely just fat with no gland so yours disappeared with dieting.

Good for you OP. This is the weirdest gyno I have seen in some pictures it looks sort of ok or with some fat but recent pics of you stretching skin legit confirms it was gyno.

1 week update.

Still bruised on the left side, and the swelling will go down over the course of 3 months.

But I'm pretty satisfied.

Just went to get seroma drained for the second time. I mostly get seroma in my left pec

About 35ml was removed this time, last time it was about 40ml.
