Extreme brain fog & drowsiness (reps)
- OP was free from panic attacks for 5 years (no meds)
- working extremely stressful job
- had panic attack on red bull
- started getting panic attacks daily, my bpm was 150 for 10 minutes once
- did about 10 blood tests
- everything is fine except an infection
- took a break from work
- panic attacks are gone
- took 2 rounds of antibiotic
- infection supposedly still not cleared
- OP gets EXTREMELY sleepy at random times, and his energy levels are lower than usual during the day
- extreme brain fog, can't concentrate
- muscle pain sometimes
- almost fell asleep while walking home, head felt heavy, neck very weak
- sore throat comes and goes
- feel like nothing is real at times
- really strong headaches (not happening as much lately)
- sometimes wake up in the middle of the night feeling very confused
I've been to 5 fuking doctors none of them know chit. Reps to anyone who can tell me what the fuks wrong with me

Vitamins, proper diet, coconut water and electrolytes.
And nothing is real. You are correct.

Sounds like your body isn't getting the fuel it needs. Be that via nutrition or an inability to utilize consumed nutrients. I'd try a naturopath if your standard doctor can't solve this. I've also got something you could try if you'd like, PM me.

If the infection is still there it could be that. What type of infection is it?
If not that and since you already took a break from work here is what I suggest, as I've felt like this before. You either have a nutrient imbalance or a sleep issue.
Try going to bed earlier, and read a book or magazine before bed. I mean a real book, not your phone, not a kindle even.
Cut down on TV and movies (video games are okay as long as you aren't playing them late into the night.)
Change up your diet. More fruit. More veggies and more Meat. Try to get most of your carbs from veggies.
If you are still drinking caffeine take a break. A long one. You could be going through withdrawals if you are starting and stopping.
If there are times you aren't feeling lethargic, try to do some steady state cardio at those times.
Stop watching porn and try to cut back on masturbation. You need to cut porn cold turkey but you can still jerk it if you want.
I'd be interested if this helps and will subscribe to the thread if you update.

get some decent iodine tard.. jesus, its essential and a lot of people are deficient in it for one reason or another. i didnt ever like seafood so i never got it from fish. it helps with hormone levels which can help with energy. plus iodine can help with infection.

Are you still getting some sort of exercise? Lack of physical activity + sedentary job = brain fog and fatigue. Could be that simple.

I'm not counting my calories, but it's enough to maintain my weight of 165lbs at 5'8". I am also completely cutting out sugar until I figure out what's wrong with me

You ever stop to think maybe you are a hypochondriac?
I was between ages 15-19 and luckily someone told me straight up that I was instead of feeding into my delusions. I was really pissed that they didn't believe me, but years later I found out everything that was going on was because of stress
I would have panic attacks and almost pass out at times. Twice it happened at the doctor's office and they immediately tested my blood sugar (60) so your body can do weird things due to stress.
I also had sleep paralysis

These symptoms are coming from absolutely no where, it's like nothing I experienced before. I don't have panic attacks anymore, I just get a sore throat and feel like I'm about to fall asleep out of the blue.
I seriously doubt that I am imagining these symptoms.
It's also showing up in my blood tests, my white blood cells have been elevated above the normal range for 2 months now, and my tonsills are inflamed 24/7

might be sleep apnea? although you get 8 hours of sleep, the sleep quality might be terrible and your not getting adequate oxygen, hence feeling tired all the time. prolonged inadequate sleep actually has long term negative effects to your body

How do I know if I have it? I've never been a snorer, and if I have sleep apnea then I've only had it for the past 2 months. Can it just appear like that outta nowhere?

I would suggest looking into sleep apnea.
I have a mild case of sleep apnea and use an auto-cpap machine.
My symptoms before:
High blood pressure
Falling asleep while driving
Falling asleep while at my desk
Tired all the time
Brain fog
With the CPAP machine, I feel much better rested throughout the day and it's not a struggle to stay awake.

Not sure about the blood test thing, but how far over the normal range are they?
I know how frustrating it is when your body is showing physical symptoms due to stress and you think it's because you have a disorder. I used to get my medical records printed off after a blood test and Google the result ranges thinking doctors had missed something (lol) finally I accepted that it was stress and nothing was wrong.
Now I have only been sick a few times since I was 19
