Sounds like your body isn't getting the fuel it needs. Be that via nutrition or an inability to utilize consumed nutrients. I'd try a naturopath if your standard doctor can't solve this. I've also got something you could try if you'd like, PM me.

Or just LDAR

I haven't been lifting for 2 months, I eat 3 times a day, usually I'll have eggs and ham in the morning with a glass of milk, second meal is usually chicken with various veggies (today I had cauliflower), and third I usually eat fruits, bananas, apples, with some peanut butter or oatmeal

I sleep about 8 hours a day, i cant say if its quality sleep since sometimes I get up at 4 am for no reason then I fall asleep again

Taking 200mg magnesium and 10mg zinc + 2000IU D3 since 2 days ago

Oh and my stats: 5'8" 165lbs, was at 170 but lost weight

If the infection is still there it could be that. What type of infection is it?

If not that and since you already took a break from work here is what I suggest, as I've felt like this before. You either have a nutrient imbalance or a sleep issue.

Try going to bed earlier, and read a book or magazine before bed. I mean a real book, not your phone, not a kindle even.
Cut down on TV and movies (video games are okay as long as you aren't playing them late into the night.)
Change up your diet. More fruit. More veggies and more Meat. Try to get most of your carbs from veggies.
If you are still drinking caffeine take a break. A long one. You could be going through withdrawals if you are starting and stopping.
If there are times you aren't feeling lethargic, try to do some steady state cardio at those times.
Stop watching porn and try to cut back on masturbation. You need to cut porn cold turkey but you can still jerk it if you want.

I'd be interested if this helps and will subscribe to the thread if you update.
*Updated* If you can't hit a 320 yard drive, are you even a man?

Thanks brah, I am going to restart my gym membership in the next few days, and will try to implement your advice.

I am on nofap/noporn day 3 right now

I was never told what the infection was.

Calories? Macros?

Are you still getting some sort of exercise? Lack of physical activity + sedentary job = brain fog and fatigue. Could be that simple.

Yes but with a sore throat and fatigue so extreme that I'm scared I might fall asleep on the side of the road?

I'm not counting my calories, but it's enough to maintain my weight of 165lbs at 5'8". I am also completely cutting out sugar until I figure out what's wrong with me

I had the idea of starting to eat more seafood, I will start doing this and see if it helps.

Add a multi-vit just to be sure I guess but sounds like you're getting a complete diet. I'm not talking about running sprints down the street, just do some basic jogging or even walk for an hour. I had a knee injury that caused me to take time off all exercise (based on drs recommendation) and I started feeling extremely fatigues/foggy. As soon as I added some low intensity cardio back it started going away. Don't just become stagnant it will fuk you up, make sure you get some basic level of activity in. you won't pass out on the road if you go for a walk.

I've been waiting to get my energy back so I can start training again, but at this rate it looks like it'll never happen. So I'll have to make do with what energy I have and do some cardio at least I guess.

You ever stop to think maybe you are a hypochondriac?

I was between ages 15-19 and luckily someone told me straight up that I was instead of feeding into my delusions. I was really pissed that they didn't believe me, but years later I found out everything that was going on was because of stress

I would have panic attacks and almost pass out at times. Twice it happened at the doctor's office and they immediately tested my blood sugar (60) so your body can do weird things due to stress.
I also had sleep paralysis

I am a hypochondriac, I had this chit since I was a kid

These symptoms are coming from absolutely no where, it's like nothing I experienced before. I don't have panic attacks anymore, I just get a sore throat and feel like I'm about to fall asleep out of the blue.

I seriously doubt that I am imagining these symptoms.

It's also showing up in my blood tests, my white blood cells have been elevated above the normal range for 2 months now, and my tonsills are inflamed 24/7

That could be a cause, I had one specific week where my resting heart rate didn't go below 110BPM, and reached peaks of 160 at times due to severe stress. Cortisol is related to adrenaline right?

might be sleep apnea? although you get 8 hours of sleep, the sleep quality might be terrible and your not getting adequate oxygen, hence feeling tired all the time. prolonged inadequate sleep actually has long term negative effects to your body

That actually makes a lot of sense.

How do I know if I have it? I've never been a snorer, and if I have sleep apnea then I've only had it for the past 2 months. Can it just appear like that outta nowhere?

I would suggest looking into sleep apnea.

I have a mild case of sleep apnea and use an auto-cpap machine.

My symptoms before:
High blood pressure
Falling asleep while driving
Falling asleep while at my desk
Tired all the time
Brain fog

With the CPAP machine, I feel much better rested throughout the day and it's not a struggle to stay awake.

I'm not saying you're imagining anything. I mean it could be psycho****tic.
Not sure about the blood test thing, but how far over the normal range are they?

I know how frustrating it is when your body is showing physical symptoms due to stress and you think it's because you have a disorder. I used to get my medical records printed off after a blood test and Google the result ranges thinking doctors had missed something (lol) finally I accepted that it was stress and nothing was wrong.

Now I have only been sick a few times since I was 19
