Unless you count, like, buying and registering a new select fire aka machine gun the last possible day before the registry closed or something along those lines lol




Seriously though when plain jane 6920's were on grab a gun for like $850 the last year or two from time to time that was crazy and as far as I am concerned the high water mark for AR deal. This is even less, and though there are no sights, there's no FSB blocking your view and there is an m-lok free float centurian rail

The old Colt deals was a non-freefloat magpul 6920 with a MOE handguard and an MBUS II rear. I think it has a MOE stock (not a CTR) as well, and was $900. This is $200 less, and is free floated.

Probably the best deal on a gun I've ever seen.

So I don't get how this works - if I want this, I have to go in and register first before picking it up or something? I don't own any guns right now. Like I assume I'd have to fill out some paperwork and then wait a couple weeks at least before I get it

What state do you live in?

For most states, you enter the shipping address to a local FFL (federal firearms license holder), such as a gun shop/store, and it is mailed to them. They call you after receiving it and logging it into their inventory (bound book), you go in, you fill out the 4473 form everybody fills out for every firearm acquisition from a dealer, you pay a transfer fee to the FFL for the 'work' of doing the transfer ($20-$50 usually depending on where you live and how much they rip you off...), and take the gun home.

Very few guns are registered, very few jurisdictions requires that (NONE SHOULD IT'S UNCONSTITUTIONAL but whatever)

Farley didn't make this clear enough. Many online distributors have a running list of known FFLs on their website. You pick the one close to you, and the gun is shipped there. Once it arrives, you fill it a one-page form, present an ID to the gun shop, they run an instant check on you, and you leave with your gun about 5 minutes later.

The longest part of the process will be the gun being transported from the vendor to your local FFL. There are a couple of states with waiting periods (RI, but that wait can be started when you place the order), and one state that requires a special "Gun Owner Card" (IL).

Anywhere else, you can have this in hand in about 2-3 days from ordering.
