Back in the mortgage days, I worked with a team of chicks up in Dallas
I lived in Houston
Stressful job, we would all bs back and forth on email
Late one evening, waiting on a case to close, things got really flirty via email(like in here, sammichs, etc)
Don't think anything of it
I would pay my processor cash to make sure my deals got priority
She was out bragging one day, another girl that works there heard her and turned her in for fraud(like I was paying her to be shady)
I had to meet an internal fraud investigator, says there isn't any issues with my email
Next thing I know, the two chicks on the flirty email chained got fired for those emails
My boss chewed me out but didn't fire me as I produced

The first half of my career was in field work...13hr days on site with nothing but crusty/crude construction workers so you can picture the type of talk. When I moved full time into the office I was paranoid about it so shut it off completely at work. Nothing the least bit offside or crude or that can be anyways interpreted as inappropriate whatsoever.

10-12 years later its still a reflex, funny is fine but I keep it super clean.

I'm constantly cold. But I keep the temp turned down low so I'm comfortable when sleeping nekkid under my comforter. It's a sacrifice I'm willing to make.

I started in a garage. Only chick but I was pretty young. Most ppl were fine.
I refuse to keep it clean no matter where I go. It's why my inlaws hate me too. I made a really nice carrot cake for dessert one time when I had Matt's parents over for dinner. I had lined the outside with chopped walnuts. My father in law said he didn't like nuts. Apparently, "give them to me, I'll put your nuts in my mouth" was not an appropriate response. I thought it was funny.

I feel like I told you guys this story and it ****ed up either litl j or JR.

The chicks I work with now are as equal on the inappropriate scale so no one is scared of what they say, thankfully.
