The San Francisco 49ers pledged $500,000 Thursday to secure a suppressor ban and other gun controls.

The push comes in the weeks after the Las Vegas attack. Suppressors were not used in that attack, but the 49ers are dedicated to banning the devices anyway.

According to ESPN, the 49ers presented the gun control pledge as part of creating a “more understanding and safer America.” The $500,000 will also be used to push a ban on bump stocks and armor-piercing bullets.

Tire places around me are always busy af around this time of year. Lots of people switching over to winter setups. I just had mine rotated and it took them like 4 hours. I just dropped it off and came back later. I've never been to a tire place that wasn't swamped. I will never wait around for my car, just drop it and go.

Farley I think you missed it earlier, I was asking what holster you showed in your winter carry picture (VP9 with streamlight)

Edit: bustermac, police did something similar in the school I teach at. Found a bunch of the paintball like rounds in my classroom the next morning and was wondering wtf was going on haha.
That is a Theis holster

Hate that.

Most of my "recommendations" on LinkedIn were written by me. Typical behavior of the most powerful people I have worked with in the past. Ask them for a recommendation and they say: "sure . . . why don't you write something up that you'd want and send it to me and I'll look it over and make edits."

They never make edits. So they end up posting pretty much verbatim what I sent them. Kinda lame. Sounds good, though. LOL.

I hate doing peer evals, too. I've been requested to write them for six people so far. I'm contemplating just quitting instead. Now is as good a time as any to start up a new cartel imo

Took advantage of the 15% off in the store near me. Got some 5.11 stuff, a belt and a range bag. Much needed.

They also threw in a 5.11 pistol case for spending more than $100
