It will run anything perfectly including 99g HST which is equal to 38 special in muzzle energy, and neither of my LCPs have ever had a problem. The only thing I don't like about it is that the slide doesn't lock back on the last round. I'll probably get an LCP II soon, which does lock back and has a better trigger. Go with that for a few bucks more.MFC, whats your take on the Ruger LCP .380? Want a little pocket gun.

@DualRectifier, I didn't get the CMC Trigger just yet. They are selling it for $190 for civilians, $145 for LEO. I'm trying to see if I can get it cheaper than $160 so I'm getting my military bud to check.
If not then I can still take advantage of the sale and get 15% off.

The gym shorts thing is the only reason I'd ever carry one. The LCP is fine, but I don't want to carry anything less than 9mm and my XDS in a minimalist holster appendix carry is small enough and fast enough to put on that I'd never consider using a pocket. Way faster to draw too.

If you clip the kydex holster to waistband its light enough to stay put and you cannot see it even with a tight shirt. best of all you can still draw without it coming off of the shorts even with pretty solid retention adjustment. What do you guys put the gun in when you pocket carry?

I looked at all pocket guns and this one wins easily.
I have an LCP Custom with a Galloway trigger, stainless steel guiderod and nice sites from the factory. The trigger pull is short and nice, far better than stock trigger and the sites are actually usuable unlike on the base model. I then upgraded the recoil springs to 13lb and it tamed it down to being fairly easy to shoot instead of like smacsing your hand with a hammer.

What kind of stupid evil sh!t is making you review yourself for your own job? There is no way that has ever had a positive effect on job satisfaction or productivity. I'm so glad I don't have to do that crap any more.

Pretty dumb because I feel like I have to give myself an equal or lower rating than what I expect to get so I don't look like a dikhead.

Does anyone even notice the U notch compared with the square? Only tried the U once and didn't notice much, but some guys swear it's better
