Because the top breeders into the top tech fields happen to be very liberal universities (ie. stanford, cm, mit, uiuc, michigan, etc.). Only conservatives i've met in the field have been from san jose state, conveniently. They exist, but nobody really cares. You're only a dumbass and have yourself to blame if you're an extremist and let your views bleed into the workplace. These are private companies, not ****ing public school.

I'm in tech, and I'm not liberal. I went to college with some guys that were very conservative, and they were all comp sci majors. Really smart guys, too.

Numale/bugman types are meek, passive and liberal by default- in a mid 2000s, John Stewart watching kind of liberal sense.

They're gradually waking up to the fact that the world has moved on, and modern "liberals" hate them for being white and male, but many who are lost to twitter double down and try to get in with modern libtardism, fiercely defending trannies and bashing evil old Drumpf on social media.

The most pathetic thing for me is seeing former colleagues in their late 30s or older acting like 19 year old girls on twitter as born again SJWs. Even worse when a balding middle aged developer starts posting genderfluid photos of himself wearing his disgusted wife's makeup and gets applauded for his bravery by other techies

I blame low test, social media, a desire to fit in and a tendency to generally passive personality types

That's why I put "liberal" in quotes and called them libtards, marxists would be a more accurate term.

The 00s style liberals do enable the modern authoritarian leftists though, by passively allowing them to take over the conversation - and by voting and shilling for hard left groups (often without realizing what they're doing, ie 00s libs supporting antifa because "punch nazis xD" etc)

I work in a Tech company and was surprised at how many Conservatives work there. We are all 23-32 years old. I thought I was gonna be in the extreme minority when I am only in the minority now.

I work in financial services in the East Coast and seems like 2/3 ppl are conservative. The rest aren't loud as those in the West Coast tho... Makes me happy that I chose NYC over LA lol.

because generally people that work in tech are weak framed, beta males. obviously there are exceptions like some brahs on misc, but for the most part these types of jobs attract feminine low test men. Obviously beta males are lefties because it fits their character and beliefs perfectly.

Who would want to work in a conservative work culture. I have a friend that works in a conservative office the most miserable work climate. His managers are dicks, they even fukin pray and talk politics about praising from what Trump is doing. This is in California.

I work in a start-up that's growing in Software Dev Testing, all the company is pretty liberal but not far left. I have the most awesome work culture, our office has a collaborative space. All the people from all the departments are chill.

I watch anime, work as a sys admin, play video games and i'm over 1k test. I also didn't attend college; got my credentialing through certifications and an apprenticeship under a senior sys admin. I have a feeling most kids are normal before they get to college and have to deepthroat all this SJW chit to fit in.
