Started buying btc/eth since the summer in small amounts. Didn't go big until late summer/early fall. Now winter is coming. We will see how everything shakes out. Like I said once I hit my target amount of btc, I am out for good for the next few years.

Won't even read news/rumors/posts. Will stay out out this thread, stop buying ,etc. Will revisit then. Becoming way too obsessed with this stuff. Original intent was only putting a few grand in just to see what the fuss was about. Now 10x in deep. Gonna ride this out long term.

I can only see btc and maybe eth shake out long term so I will just hold those. Not interested in alts and icos like you guys. Don't have the energy or motivation to monitor on an hourly basis only to hold bags in the long run.

But best of luck to everyone ITT. I hope we all make it. We have different paths but in the end it'd be nice if we could all walk away from this happy.

I don't watch tv or read the newpaper. However, with Kakao joining the crypto game, you can be assured that Koreans are opening their eyes to this stuff. I swear that company has their hands in everything.

This seems way to quick and is likely to pullback before reaching 7.x

What I find interesting is how after BTC does this big run, it could head and will most likely into another bear market, in which case alts could be taken down with it after their pump.

Alts never getting a solid break.

I was really amped for this earlier, but as time gets closer it just keeps looking like more and more of a scam. Also the fact that Regalcoin, Bitpetite and Hextracoin all look like they are scamming and were run by people with similar bad english as ethconnect...gotta say Im gonna have to pass unless something changes very quickly.

it does seem way too quick unless we're going to 10k

2 weeks away from the fork. i suspect this weekend will be the biggest movement. weekend leading up to it seems way to small a gap for people to expect large movement, thus most people would be in already for the fork. nbut i also agree.. btc's fall could have weird repercussions

still have my orders set there too, only the small one at 5700 was filled before it rocketed off again

even by crypto standards, this is too much too fast, this cant be about just the fork, something else is going on here brahs

if this is truly new money they gonna get cucked quick..which isnt good for the market at all

it will create distrust on the market as a whole

but if this is some coordinated pumping obviously they know whats going on. could again make the alt market bleed pretty badly and weasel out weaker coins

has anyone here tried scalping as we go along as this is a sure fire way that you wont lose profits up until the fork lol have been slowly dabbing this putting in sell orders and quickly putting in buy orders a few hundred dollars for example if btc hits 7.1k i have no doubt that it'll quickly drop to 6.9k before rocketing off again have managed to raise my stack a bit as well as make bigger profits. as i know no matter where i buy in now up until the fork i'll still see profit wont be doing this forever though not looking to get burned

Pretty ****ing risky considering those 200-300 dollar swings you are trading are literally 1-2% gains

true true but if you look at it we never really sit for a long time at a given price if you play it right you put in a sell order you can make a quick 300$ in a matter of seconds risky af but hell a risk i'm willing to take for the next week and considering that we are only going up from here obviously i still play it safe by looking at the fluctuations for a moment and look where it bottoms out before shooting back up to a higher price than that and then i gamble that it'll do the same given that it'll drop again to that price a bit lower or even a bit higher. have t grow the stack somehow got in on the groovy train late and need to accumilate enough btc before **** really takes off
