Honestly that's how naturally all markets react. If tesla promises something and they don't deliver, people dump. However unique crypto market is, investors are the same and will make decisions based on emotion

Oh that's an interesting perspective. Or BTC is like gold, and BCH is like cash. ETH would remain the fuel to utilize smart contracts.

All the volume that would normally be going into alts is going into BTCcash, that's why. It's massive volume on Bittrex.

Looking at the daily chart and tracing the major dip points, 5k is entirely possible.

What is the news with it recently? I see it jumping high. Was thinking of selling. Should I keep it?
Could just be alt recovery, most of the top 100 gained some ground back in the past few days or so.

Could also be linked to the DEX UI reveal (which just happened tonight). Lookin' good!

As for your question, depends how high you bought, how long you prefer to sit on things.

Personally, I'm sitting on this through 2018 and trading my way to a full node, for the stake rewards and TX fees they'll bring, assuming the DEX takes off. I want me some of that passive income!

But then, i did buy in for under $1/BLOCK, so i'm not feeling any trade pressure.

So that coinbase article of adding 100k users came out about 6 days ago. Right about now those users should be seeing their coins pop into their wallets, at a big loss. This weekend could get nasty for BTC.

Talk about a rough introduction to crypto!
