I've finally decided on the next Walton pump (if you can even call its sad little fluctuations a pump any more) I'm going to sell half my stack with the intention of rebuying in late December. I know that would be selling way below its ATH, but there's a little thing called opportunity cost that's been silently crushing anyone holding WTC over the last six weeks or so. Looking at the charts and how it's been trending, I think the odds of it pumping before the Jan/Feb news are remote and worth the risk to seek gains in other coins for a month or so and buy back at the same price or lower in December. Someone tell me I'm crazy but I think it's a sound idea

Sorry for wall of text but this is what the notice said:

The company behind the project is blockchain development firm block.one. It’s led by CEO Brendan Blumer and chief technology officer (CTO) Daniel Larimer.
Blumer is a serial entrepreneur with a background in gaming and virtual currencies. Larimer was the lead developer behind Bitshares and Steemit, both successful projects we hold in our portfolio.
EOS makes software for decentralized applications. Its goal is to be the operating system for the blockchain. It’s similar to Ethereum. However, EOS has taken a different path in terms of design and functionality.
Here’s what makes EOS unique. It’s designed so that developers can focus on their specific applications, and not on the blockchain. The EOS software kit gives developers all the building blocks they need for their applications.
EOS has other unique features, such as delegated proof-of-stake for consensus, parallel software architecture for scalability, and built-in governance.
The project is in development with a release targeted for summer 2018.
Here’s why we’re buying it today…
Quite simply, EOS is a great asymmetric play opportunity. My contacts are positive on the project. Larimer has a good track record. And it’s quite small compared to other projects like Ethereum.
We think the market is going to start realizing the potential of EOS, and its price will rise accordingly.

Whats the best Coin Exhange? A buddy keeps telling me Coinbase but it's very limited. I'm looking for an Exchange that has the big ones as well as lots of up and coming hoping to get lucky.

Is Bittrex the one or are they others? Something safe obviously.

Most exchanges have their strengths and weaknesses. I think bittrex and binance are a good medium

There are lots.

Liqui.io has lots of new coins
Hitbtc has tons of coins
Etherdelta has tons of under the radar/new coins (very hard to use though)

In regard to ease of use:

Bittrex
Binance

Gemini/GDAX for FIAT to BTC/ETH

Bittrex/Binance for established alts and up and coming alts as well.

If you want chit/scam coins you'd need to go a little deeper.

Solarcoin has been on bittrex for ages. I bought in a few weeks ago when the marketcap was around 8-9 mil. I posted it in here a day or 2 after the PBC Zen announcement

Semi long-time lurker, sorry. Could any brahs tell me if what i'm doing is stupid? I've been buying LTC on Coinbase/Gdax with USD through limit buys to (hopefully) avoid fees. Then I transfer to Exodus and exhange to alts through that platform/wallet.. then back to LTC to Coinbase to sell for USD. I hope this makes sense... Is this a convoluted/noob way of doing things? Am I getting eaten alive by transfer fees? I'm by no means an expert here. I mostly go through LTC so I can deal in full/not partial BTC to avoid fees and save time..

Could go either way imo. I wouldn't be surprised if wall street came out of the gate eager to short Bitcoin after following its bull run through mainstream media

You're right. I meant Powr. But yeah, both are on Bittrex because that's where I picked mine up. Also have some Powr on binance too.

Why not both? That's what I did. Regardless of which one, they have both been pumping for days.
