I'm accurate when I say in life it's good while it lasted. That's how life works. I would honestly try to go to softcore porn only to try to reduce looking at the hardcore stuff, you'll feel less guilt and lust too and it will break the addiction.

Lust is hard to define also, don't confuse it with simple biology and attraction, there's nothing wrong with that. It's just how we are as a species.
