My current 10 year plan is multifaceted for the various important areas in my life:

Business- have a scaled up version of my current business (self employed) with employees who do all the leg work while I supervise and provide clients with the best possible experience. I will pay employees better than any of my competition because that's extremely important to me.

Wealth- own a property outside of the city but close enough to go there on weekends (~2 hours away tops). Doesn't need to be fancy but needs to have character and outdoor space.

Health- about 10lbs heavier than I am now but lower bodyfat. May need to hop on a "replenishment" vitamin regimen to make that happen since I'll be 40. Want to keep my cholesterol where it's been the last 10 years which is very good, and keep my blood pressure healthy as well.

Love- either settled down with a nice lady or slaying broads left and right. Don't really care which as long as I'm still getting some and feeling fulfilled.

I could move to Fiji tomorrow bro srs, already have chitloads of family there hence places to stay

It's more the travel/living in Aus part that'll take it's time. That is going to be where all my costs come from
Could literally live in Fiji for less than $75/day I'd say

Maybe I should plan to build/buy a resort over there hmm

Retire
Buy a completely off the grid and sustainable cabin in the mountains
Buy a low maintenance beach house in the gulf
Find a nice charity to volunteer at two/three days a week
Sip whisky as the sun goes down every night while a Led Zepplin Album spins

I've got about ten years left if the Trump tax cuts go through
I've got about fifteen years left if they dont

Good thread OP,

Currently on that passive income/investing time.

Been steadily working on my plan for the last 5 years. Things are coming together to say the least.

My advice to those who Want to start but have yet to begin.

Figure out what defines you and figure out exactly what you want. That is the hardest part, once you got that goal in mind restructure your life so it allows you to pursue said end goal.

I'd be happy living in bondi too to be honest

Want over a million net assets by 30 and living somewhere that feels like a holiday destination while working somewhere that feels like a hobby

Want the free time to work out a couple of hours a day

A group of friends I'm close with

That's probably about it

My main goal: I want to have enough money to retire by my early 40s.

Beyond that, I could definitely see living outside the US, having a ski cabin, starting a company, etc.

- Fitness Goal
Maintain <10% BF year round whilst aesthetically looking good, I don't have enough mass yet to drop that low!

- Life Goal
Turn my hobby of trading stocks into a full time job. When my stock portfolio can pay out x4 my expenses a month then i'll commit.

Nice Thread Brah! REP'd

Fitness:
Have given up on goal of being a mass monster/fitness model physique, because its juts not naturally sustainable for long periods of time.
So Hover around 10-12% bodyfat and just build a lean base.
Focus on improving cardio/stamina, flexibility, core strength etc..

Long term:
I want a big house (5-6 Beds) in the middle of the country, with like 5-10 acres, swimming pool, tennis court, lakes, outbuildings, long driveway etc..

I want kids too.

And I wouldnt mind a 2nd house in either south france or italy.

Everything else that I want i've already achieved.

On track for the new house in the next 2-4 years. Kids will be around the same time too.

Should probably start thinking of more big goals to work towards,so I dont end up depressed with nothing to aim for.

In a serious rut in my life. Make decent money but have zero enthusiasm for career. Unlike a lot of you guys that want to retire tomorrow, I'm completely happy working as long as I enjoy it.

Never have given much thought to the endgame other than owning home outright. I've got some bad habits now that I need to break, so thanks for inspiring me to write down some short term goals with Jan 1 deadline. That will get me in the right direction to make some positive changes.

Would love a location independent job where I can spend some time abroad or even moving around in the US, traveling whenever I want. My main passion/hobby right now is tennis so would love to be able to wake up in some tropical location and play tennis all morning at a local country club and then work during the day and then waste away the rest of the evening on the beach sipping tequila. Unfortunately I have no skills associated with being able to work online or anything, and have no creative ideas that would allow me to start a business so this is more of a dream than a goal for now. Physically: would love to get sub 15% BF within the next year and maintain it...diet sucks tho so need some adjustments there. Love these type of threads!

My end goal, becoming rich enough to sustain my own harem. The idea popped up when I first saw a scene in narcos where a guy is surrounded by beautiful hookers. Instantly fell in love. It almost looked like art.

Would like to have cycled from the bottom of the UK to the top, cycled the height of everest in one ride, finish a "race across america", cycle in every european destination. Keep teasing the thought of trying to become a professional cyclist and starting a YouTube channel to financially support that career but that's completely unrealistic goal. Hoping that bodybuilding will help me achieve most of these goals.
