But absolutely no volume. The weekend dip is coming too. Incredibly difficult situation for holders. What's making me hold is the fact that I'm still up on my initial investment. But imagine the people that went in at 12 $ / 8 $ respectively. Rough time bros, rough time.

Death is impossible for us to fathom: it is so immense, so frightening, that we will do almost anything to avoid thinking about it. Society is organized to make death invisible, to keep it several steps removed. That distance may seem necessary for our comfort, but it comes with a terrible price: the illusion of limitless time, and a consequent lack of seriousness about daily life. We are running away from the one reality that faces us all.

Those guys don't offer anything to their clients that they can't influence
Be interesting to see what effect the CME futures market has on BTC moving forward - my first instinct says no effect because it's cash settled so is essentially a gambling contract. But that begs the question of how CME intends to always win on trading it. True of course they can design spreads/fees to always win but historically they've shown their strategy to be manipulation and naked shorts (see precious metals, stocks, forex).
Still, keep stacking because fiat is dead in the water, cat's out of the bag now, no matter which ones it ends up being we're going to see cryptos replace fiat
Relatedly, I'm quite sure we wont seeTHE ONEcrypto currency - there's no economic reason multiple cryptos can't exist competing with each other in perpetuity. We only see a lack of competition in currency markets due to the monopoly governments have on fiat.

That means most think it's a bubble ready to pop. But then you talk to that one dude that just bought several million in btc and he thinks it's heading to the moon.
Me personally, I'd prefer wall street keeps their greedy fingers out of it.

Btw the CME website has a page on BTC futures already and it lets you subscribe for email updates. I'm going to sign up and read up a bit on whatever they send.

The dollar is going to die with or without the help of crypto. Fiat currencies have a shelf life of 40-80 years, and we're 45 years into our unbacked dollar.

Having said that, it probably helps legitimize BTC in the minds of people who would otherwise call it a ponzi scheme etc
But i'l reiterate that there is no economic mechanism (in an unhampered market) which necessitates asinglecirculating currency - the only reason we see this in the world is due to the machinations of governments. I.e. hampered markets
So long as the crypto markets remain unhampered there'll be reason to expect multiple currencies competing with each other - which is awesome for everybody

Think we might be seeing Ethereum going on a moon mission here. Still worried about BTC coming down in the next couple of days. Wish I had a more detailed reason, but thats what my TA friends show, and its long overdue, 5k hasn't been well tested.

All you have to do is enter your public address
Anyone that uses ED should enjoy it... it's pretty freaking handy

And let me tell you, in crypto, you don't do TA. You couple TA with fundamental analysis.

These coin creators have been involved in controversial matters and scams in the past. Let's not talk about BCC.
How can a sane person be involved in that ? I'll tell you why, people only care about short term gains.
Meanwhile solid coins that have proven to be legit over time like Ethereum / Litecoin, and incredibly promising future projects have barely seen some movements. Note also that external money will never float into alts. It will float to bitcoin and that's what's going to happen now to december, BTC going up, alts going down. If alts had a chance to recover, it was yesterday and today, and that didn't happen. This is our signal to leave alts and ride BTC wave. I hope I'm wrong.
Edit: Technical Analysis shows that BTC will retrace to 5k for those who are curious. If history repeats itself, look at the bigger chart. BTC corrects a bit, then goes back, does an M sign, then corrects like 30-40 percent. Will add a chart for educational purposes.

I'm having such a hard time putting a sell order in on BTC in order to have tether available for a dip.
On one hand I'm being greedy because past performance indicates BTC is a safe bet and I want to keep the maximum amount in for the best gainz, but I know that rule doesn't apply to future performance.
On the other I want to set a sell order right now at its current price, just afraid BTC will cuck me with a big run towards $8k and leave my tether on the sideline.
Maybe I should sell some eth and take a little loss on Walton to have some tether ready and set a buy order.
Decisions decisions
