I'd disagree with this strongly. I'd say the highest correlation is with being a mod, and second, being female - for sure. None of them exceptmaybeCass is remotely fun. The Misc. has gone to sh*t a bit, so many enablers.

That said, I'm not going down this road again. We already had a thread on this a couple of days ago and didn't end well for OP.

Biggest face palm reps for me are Rabbitjb and redraider86. Rabbitjb literally says nothing in every thread she's in. Comes in, acts like she's everyone's mum with a couple of holier-than-thou comments/"advice" and leaves. Not a single opinion, conflicting thought or anything else has been expressed. 72K reps. Just lol @ the 1,000,000 "alpha" miscers on the forum that are constantly triggered by the ten or so females who post in the misc. If misc. posters wanted them red, no amount of mod reps would help them. Nobody is forcing you to rep them, reply to them, or acknowledge them in any way.
