Typically girls don't enjoy it when they're not good at it. They feel awkward and it becomes a chore. Best advice is give her some guidance in what feels good, etc.

If she's not even willing to try, I'd say that means she's not that into you or she doesn't have a good sex drive. Either way, the relationship isn't going anywhere good.
