If I'm gonna drink beer, I'd rather drink something good. It's that simple; I don't really care if you drink Bud, but there's no way you couldn't do better from a local brewery.

I usually keep some Left Hand Brewing Nitro Milk Stouts right next to some Keystone tallboys in the fridge. It's all about that balance, boyo.

Fukkin idiots looking to raise themselves above others....being a beer snob is like being a pepsi drinker looking down on people who drink mountain dew LOL.
High-end scotches or even wines, sure...but snobbery over a tradie drink...speaks volumes about the people who are using this as a measuring stick

Only stick to craft options now. Far superior IMO. I like my dark IPA's or ales.

Yeah beer snobs are hard to listen to, I wanted to punch some punk that I had to endure for 1/2 hour once at a beer tasting.
Bud is okay, drink it if you like it. I worked with a lawyer who could come across as pretty snobby, brewed his own beer, etc. and he said Bud was actually a very good beer, good mix of hops and all that.

The gap between craft beer and micro brew is massive. It's like comparing green tea to espresso.

I think the only reason to drink bud was if you cared it is an american brewery. Since it is now Belgian, what is the point of drinking the cheapest possible ingredients?
Yuengling if I'm drinking cheap beer, better plus it is American owned.

You are allowed to complain about the temperature of a beer at a friends house, not the brand. Doing so makes you a beer snob and entitles the friend to punch you.
Next time someone complains about the beer you like, tell them to go get whatever they want from the store and shut the F up.

People who drink Budweiser have chit tastebuds. You could walk into any supermarket blindfolded and pick something better.

I prefer Coors lite over Bud, but no problem with it. I like that stuff for just being buzzed without getting really drunk.
I use to really not like darker beers at all, but now my favorites are Porters/Stouts with a slight coffee taste.

Hamms, New Castle, Bud, PBR, Keystone Ice or Corona....I don't understand all these new tastes. Personally rather have some Jameson.

cause buds and all other "lite" beers do not even taste like beer. It's like drinking diluted flat soda. I'm no IPA ******* but I would try Trappiste 10 (dark), Weihenstephaner Vitus (light), Irish (fresh) Guiness if you haven't already.

Westvleteren 12 was an amazing beer. But that's just an opinion. There are several highly touted beers that I can't stand.

All alcohol tastes bad. I always lol when people talk about the tasting notes in craft beers. Yeah, instead of seeking out exotic fruit notes in a beer why don't you just buy a smoothie. Probably cheaper too. Just seems like such poverty logic. I think it's all cope. I don;t think anyone really likes alcohol. Scavenging for tasting notes is a way to avoid the unpleasant alcohol taste. BRB GULP, SHUDDER, Oh I get a lovely aftertaste of mango and burnt toast. Totally worth the money!!

So many beers that are way better. Most craft brews put it to shame.
Surprised to see Milk Stout Nitro in this thread.
Troegs Mad Elf was the most recent brew for me.

I pretty much stick to PBR, Busch, Keystone, and Gennesee. I usually drink for quantity not quality and 8$ for 12 beers is a solid investment. Once in a while ill get a 4 pack of some founders breakfast stout or a 12 pack of newcastles.
Also, cheap beer goes better with mint copenhagen.
