The biggest reason average sloot doesn't hit the gym

... is intimidation. Many sloots are too insecure to join group fitness classes let alone hit the gym with minimal knowledge about lifting in a room full of bros and female miscers. Times are rough

Same for fa no avi twinks tbh
The closer we approach the uncertainty of life's ending the more we wish to trade all of the things we have acquired in exchange for all of the things we have lost: wealth for youth, knowledge for fresh curiosity, resignation for hope. We'd trade our wisdom for new experiences, but it is wisdom that will teach us that at the end of the road the only new experience is death.

I guess it’s a little different for me bc I first started training with my ex. So when I picked it back up, I was already familiar with lifting so it wasn’t very intimidating to walk in there by myself.

Legit. I remember being nervous as fuk joining the gym when I was younger. Had no idea what I was doing, felt self conscious as hell, surrounded by regulars who all knew what they were doing. It's a combo of that and exercise being hard work or tedious (for them)

Nope. The biggest reason females won't is that they can get attention anyway from other sources. Frequently more, for that matter.

The equation for them only changes if/when they start evaluating the quality of the attention involved, and that's an epiphany usually artificially held off for as long as possible.

What the **** did you just ****ing say about me, you little bitch? I’ll have you know I graduated top of my class in the Navy Seals, and I’ve been involved in numerous secret raids on Al-Quaeda, and I have over 300 confirmed kills. I am trained in gorilla warfare and I’m the top sniper in the entire US armed forces. You are nothing to me but just another target. I will wipe you the **** out with precision the likes of which has never been seen before on this Earth, mark my ****ing words. You think you can get away with saying that **** to me over the Internet? Think again, ****er. As we speak I am contacting my secret network of spies across the USA and your IP is being traced right now so you better prepare for the storm, maggot. The storm that wipes out the pathetic little thing you call your life. You’re ****ing dead, kid. I can be anywhere, anytime, and I can kill you in over seven hundred ways, and that’s just with my bare hands. Not only am I extensively trained in unarmed combat, but I have access to the entire arsenal of the United States Marine Corps and I will use it to its full extent to wipe your miserable ass off the face of the continent, you little ****. If only you could have known what unholy retribution your little “clever” comment was about to bring down upon you, maybe you would have held your ****ing tongue. But you couldn’t, you didn’t, and now you’re paying the price, you goddamn idiot. I will **** fury all over you and you will drown in it. You’re ****ing dead, kiddo.

This is true. I lied actually. One thing I am very self conscious about is the cable lat pull down thing. Always have to stand on the bench to pull it down bc can’t reach. If doing anything more than 60lb I have to do this curtsy jump thing to pull it down while standing on the bench.

Also, fook *******s who leave barbells on the highest rack, or the cable thing on the highest notch.

lol @ gymbros and female miscers. But yeah, I got into lifting from track and generally wanting to be stronger, faster, etc.

I bring girls to the gym all the time and show them how to lift. It's a fun activity. If more women went to the gym together like guys do with their crews, I bet more women would lift.

That said, in my gym I see about an equal number of male and female lifters (srs) and also do notice that my female students who play sports almost always lift weights too.

Yes to the first sentence, apart from trainer because I worry I'd feel the second one.
