Wrong.

They don't join the gym because they don't have to, they constantly feel validated by their lying/ attention seeking friends and thirsty FA.

Butts built on fat are different to butts built on muscle

I've had both

Muscle, even though smaller, is preferable

Husband originally said he missed old ass though

H'oh well can't have it all

wouldn't it be nice if some of the ungrateful and undeserving female sl00ts got their lives traded for some useful or more grateful females in a 3rd world country? makes you think.

the ideal ass is actually a good ratio of fat and muscle. if its too fat it'll look saggy, if it's too muscular it'll look hard.

thats why if the girl doesnt havent genetics to store fat in her ass, tours over for her.

The difference isgeneticand incontrovertible, so I should hope so. No amount of political correctness can overcome human physiology -- no matter how much we try.

Women need a push to lift heavy and it's heavy for the individual ...it's not a competitive sport against others but your own limitations

I've walked into a hotel gym and seen a max dumbbell of 20kg and thought wtf

Women don't need 100s of kilos ..but my working squat and DL weight for reps is 60-100kg ..my row with a fixed bar is 35-45kg ..you won't even find that in a "woman's" gym

A bit surprised at the way this thread evolved to be honest. I don't think empirical data can form the basis of an interesting discussion, so when I say "I do not often see women in the free weights area, but when I do they also deadlift, squat and bench", it's almost impossible for me to reach any conclusion about the world here. The gym owner says most women go at something like 0630, whereas I like to go either during my lunch break or after work.

There are some newer women at my gym and actually one came to ask me if she was doing the lateral pulldown right. I introduced her to split squats, and it's nice sometimes to encourage one another while lifting. But I despise the idea of 'working out with anyone' - it's a very personal time for me, where I can meditate and reflect while listening to very aggressive music that puts me in a mood to test my own limits.

One thing mentioned in this thread, and perhaps I'm being controversial in two senses here:

(i) some guys in gyms truly stare at women while they work out as if they've never seen a woman before. It's awful, and it's pathetic, and it is so cringe inducing; however,
(ii) there are some cases where it is reasonably hard not to look (I'm not condoning staring). There's one tall woman for example who uses the treadmill, wearing hotpant-like shorts, very brightly coloured outfit. I'll admit I glance over a couple of times - it's directly behind where I bench on the lower level. And women look at her too.

At the end of the day you get used to people looking at you in a gym, right? At first I thought I was being looked at because I'm 'doing it wrong', but comments ranged from (initially) "you're just starting out right brah? keep at it" to now "you're stronger than you look brah". It's just about getting used to the lifting culture, if there even is a homogeneous thing to call "lifting culture".

This is potato man, I can 100% tell you I give it my all when I gym with my bro, he's much stronger/bigger than I am and that motivates the fuk out of me to lift harder trying to catch up to his weight strength, and vise versa he lifts harder to keep being stronger than me, as for the different weights that's why you have dozens of dumbells, now when it comes to the barbells, just take the mftime plate off how difficult can that be?

Fine, but the fact is thatmost mendon't lift to become bb, rather, to tone and attain a generally good level of fitness. Hence, the fitness physique is so popular nowadays.

That said, it shouldn't come as a surprise that the majority of women aren't interested in training at or near 100% either since attaining big bb bulging muscles isn't their goal either.

In my experience, most women just have a single body part that they want to sculpt or get rid of, so in all fairness, their workout precisely fits their goal.

If there's 1 bench available you either wait for him to finish his 3 sets or vice versa. Unless u keep unracking and re racking everything for each of you which is quite annoying lol.

Would like to have a friend with me at the gym and all but the more I think into it the worse that idea becomes

The ideal training partner is the one that most closely approximates your size, strength, and goal. That way, it would significantly lessen the burden -- and time spent -- unracking/re-racking weights. Otherwise, it tends to defeat the purpose and become more trouble than its worth.

I can say that i do see them, LA Fitness i saw a model using dumbbells with a personal trainer, another one was doing cable stuff.
You will see them on treadmills, bottom line is most woman don't want to get buff.
Also even Ms. Olympia is being cancelled, no more woman bodybuilders, just bikini model ones.

Can confirm, I don't train upper body cause I don't wana get bulky

Spoiler!
not srs

In all fairness though, I think it's stupid for us to bash girls who don't smash the weights and are just cardio bunnies or whatever. Everyone has a different physique goal. Some girls just WANT to be slim, whereas others want the definition, v taper, shredded abs/legs, whatever. There will be plenty of women out there who don't want a physique like mine, and vice versa. So if girls don't want to lift heavy, then who gives a fuk

This might help some of the ladies in here that are working on pull ups. The only way to master them is to keep doing them.

Come be with me baby. I'm in Miami right now but we can go anywhere. London. Paris. Rome. You name it. Let's go to Venice and have a candle lit dinner in a boat, and see all the sights to see. Let's have deep conversations and learn something about each other every day. Let's connect souls. Let's start a family so we can watch our kids grow old and take care of us and see what wonderful people they turn out to be. I love you Rabbitjb. This is a copypasta, no. You can Google search check it. This is a confession of my love for you.

Not true, sloots that are true gym rats 93.7% of the time have nice bodies.

Also, strong is sexy. Watch a determined girl grinding out a last rep on squats you don't think she'll get and she does - if that doesn't wake up your weiner, I have bad news. Also when they flip their little ponytails over the bar before squats..hnnggggg!
Don't put that on me Ricky Bobby, don't you ever put that on me.
