In on happy friday thread. Thanks to OP for reminding me to stalk redraider86's IG - and even though I just ate a massive portion of beef stew, I'm drooling over the sage scotch egg. I want to crunch something with my teeth...
I love this tradition of a 'happy friday' thread and it's already 16:33 today. Quiet day at work, did my leg day as follows (in kgs):
Deadlifts: worked up to a max of 115kg x 3 reps;
Bulgarian split squats: 2 sets of 10 reps per leg, holding 40kg;
45 degree hyperextensions: 3 sets of 10 holding 40kg; and
Situp circuit.
Will easily be able to leave work on time today folks. Got a hike planned this weekend; maybe going to cook some goulash...but I need to start a 'cut' soon because I split one of my suits at the elbow today, lifting my hand to my chin. Gotta ensure I'm really lean before investing more in custom tailored chit know what I mean?

Especially when they're under a hiring freeze and going through a huge budget cut. Glad I left my job there, everybody is abandoning ship
