Okay that explains it. I remember this with Bitcoin Gold as well when it wasn't transferable. For some reason they pump the chit out of binance coins when there's no arbitrage opportunities. Must be miscers.

The price rise in iota today is really off the back of the Korean Exchange.

They have been paying $8.00 per IOTA virtually all day now. I bought a tonne of Iota this morning and the prices have been moving closer together all day. The Korean prices are just starting to revert back to a more normalized price. So we may be getting closer to a top for now. But there is plenty more news due for Iota.

If it gets listed on any other big exchanges soon price will probably surge further, but I doubt it will be as much as today, the Koreans seem to love paying a premium for their new gems.

Lol, I know the feeling. Even though it's more or less mathmatically impossible for someone to crack a seed even with a super computer, it is just uncomfortable. Should be able to enable 2FA or some **** on it.

I can confirm there is nothing wrong with the Bitfinex IOTA wallet. They were performing “routine maintenance” to their BTC wallets earlier. There isn’t much that can go wrong with it anyways because the Tangle processes POS on the host machine using your CPU. There are about 30 different nodes which can route you through (at the moment) - so unless Bitfinex servers are down for the count your payment will go through. (Bitfinex node is the slowest of them all). The prices are much more stable on Bitfinex and slow compared to Binance (which hit $5 - hasn’t done that on the Finex yet). Yesterday trading slowed down exactly like this at night which fooled me into setting a ridiculously low sell order.

That said, slow market and IOTA can’t really be used in the same sentence ATM it was the highest traded by volume yesterday (correct if wrong pls).

Yes, it's very different and a legit long-term coin with all the development going on, it's the kind of stuff I look for

Wouldn't be surprised to see this on Coinbase down the line

From my brief research, I've found miners designed for different coins like dash and ltc. I would think spending $1-3k on a rig designed specifically for mining would do much better than my poverty gaming rig with a gtx 1080. I'm up to about $28 made in the last week. From what I've read, these rigs should be able to do that in a day

FINALLY, INN on the IOTA train. Don't let me down now. Paid 5.50 on Binance cause I heard Bittrex wasn't allowing people to withdraw, unless that was just withdrawing USD.

Just with I picked some up for 35c last month lol.
