Please with the cope there. He's in chit shape, the end. It don't make him a bad person, but it is somewhat ironic he started what amounts to a gym that actively supports people who don't and will not go to the gym (like him apparently) as their profit model, vs a model that genuinely encourages people to improve their health, wellness, fitness, etc. A role model he aint.
His business encourages people to exercise. It is better than being on the couch. All gyms count on having more registered members than active users. This is just the reality of how gyms continue to function. If everyone used their membership and worked out 3 hrs a day, they would go out of business. The truth is that the market needed something like planet fitness to exist. That's why it is so successful. You just don't like him because he's in "chit shape" even though the average 50 year old is in roughly the same shape as him, AND you have NO data on his medical status. You are attempting to assess his health purely based on the metric of his physical appearance. It's irrational. Maybe stop judging people so much, and you might learn a thing or two from others. I think he has done very well with his business, and like I said, that lesson about failure and trying again is certainly a valuable one.

Also, his job is to run a major business and do accounting. Running a gym doesn't require one to be in top shape.

Don’t see anything wrong with their business model tbh.

$10 a month or $21(max you can pay) a month, access to all gyms nationwide, all amenities, and you can bring a friend DAILY for free.

Are you guys mad you have less females in the gym and therefor less benches to sniff after they’re done using them? Because that’s why people go there.

Who literally gives a fuk whether or not they go, 99% of the people at ALL of the gyms I’ve been through never make any gains either
I admit all my threads suck :(

"You're a typical miscer" =/= "Your typical miscer".

You're a typical miscer is calling somebody in this thread a typical miscer.

Your typical miscer is commenting on the subject of the thread and presenting him as the typical miscer.

It's pretty obvious to me he was calling the PF founder a typical miscer (fat, bald, DYEL?), so what he wrote was both logical and correct.

IMHO when the load is too light it can actually make it harder to use proper form. I do often back off to 50% of max deadlift, but certainly wouldn't do much lighter than that.

Hmmm, I hadn't actually considered it that way. You may be right then. I'd assumed, being the massive narcissist I am, it was directed at me as in "you're a typical miscer" for posting that, vs directed at the dude in the pic being a typical miscer. My bad.
