Idk tho its kinda fun breaking them and seeing if you get edited deleted or banned. Camp roulette. Like sig roulette negs (thats why im a commie in my sig). Only thing that drives me crazy about the misc rules, is that a super librul forum like Neogaf can curse/discuss dregs without issue while we cannot =(

Depends on the level of harassment IMO. Someone following you in threads just to talk chit or negging you because they hold grudges is whatever, but excessive personal attacks, PM spamming, doxxing and stuff like that goes too far.

It's a privately owned website and the owners make the rules. Most were bred from legal issues and public relations issues.

Everything about the misc is old and outdated. The rules, the search function, the layout etc. Feels like I am visiting a site that hasn't been updated since the early 2000s.

This, feels like the mods and admins are reluctant to change, just seems no one is driven to improve this place in any sort of way. Surely they could spark a discussion with the owners to make this change if it's out of their jurisdiction.

New rules + forum software update are the 2 changes I'd like to see.

I like the old forum layout, you want a cancer layout like reddit?

They can improve/fix some things like the search function, but changing the forum look is gonna make a whole lot of people mad I believe.
