I heard about this story a while ago and yesterday the footage of it got released by the judge. It's fuked up. I know there's a lot of police officers on the misc so I want to hear their opinions on how this officer handled the situation

Officer was found not guilty
like most people in the US, hes beta as ****, hence instinctively thinks hes in danger when an unarmed man is crawling toward him.

Jesus christ. Anyone defending the cop cause the guy put his hand near his waistband is a fuking moron. In no way is that justifiable reason to kill somebody, especially if you have a brain and any ability to discern what's happening.

The guy who got shot was frightened as fuk. Giving the guy weird fuking instructions like he's doing a dance choreography and ****. "Now push into the ground and undulate your body like you're a worm. Do that until you get to me." Pointing a gun at him, screaming weird fuking instructions at him, and telling him if he fuks up he's going to die. Cant believe he got nervous. What a surprise.

I said this before im saying it again, im not for cops or against them, there are some retarded pigs out there, im just using logic here

the cops got called that a guy is pointing a gun out the window

cops show up with rifles thinking the guy is armed they are not psychic

they gave him multiple instruction that if he move his hands he will get shot (could be more calm tho)

at 3:45 the guy put his hands behind his back after multiple instruction not to, and could pull out a revolver and shoot the cops within 1 second (again the cops thought he was armed from the call)

reached again to to adjust his pants or itch his ass and it and got him killed

If he followed everything and they shot him i would 100% agree that he should face life in prison

There have been so many times cops got killed for allowing criminals to reach for a gun

Supposidely they didn't come out of the room as instructed for 5+ minutes. The cop must assume they are strapping weapons maybe even explosives (suicide bomber?) during this period of time

I'm really surprised they didn't shoot him the first time he put his hands behind his back for an extended time. After that, drunk or not, wtf was he thinking moving his hands at all without instruction?

It seems so simple - literally hold your arms up and out, and do not do anything until instructed. once instructed, move your arms painfully slow and only do what you were instructed to do. If you don't know what they are asking or if you are confused or stressed, remain still and ask them to repeat. repeat back their instruction verbally until they confirm so you have an understanding. Don't just start doing something else because you think you should, or think you need to.

Sure, cops need great training. If this is a serious enough issue, train the public too. Make it a course in high school or at least a section of a mandatory class of some sort. "hey, when someone with your life in their hands gives you an instruction, don't go rogue and do something that, in their shoes, could lead to you putting their life at risk".

Virtually every cop shooting I see is: Person is told to do X, or has not received an instruction on what to do. Person starts doing Y for some reason, leading to a position where it is uncertain what they are doing / what they have / what their intentions are. Person gets shot. If person had a weapon they were trying to reach, cop would be commended for heroism/instinct/courage. Any video you see is the times when the person does not have a weapon, and then the cop is a demon.
"You're going to be sore. You're going to be tired. You're going to wake up in the morning unable to move and wanting to give up because you're sore in places you didn't know could even be worked. I'm not telling you it's going to be easy. In fact, it'll probably be one of the hardest things you'll ever do. But I'm telling you it's going to be worth it."

Prob because he was standing in front of the doorway. You want to take them out of the room 1 at a time and get them away from the doorway to secure them

Never been trained to have them crawl tho

Lmao what a fukin overly dramatic ******* that cop was...

Yea, that looked sooooo dangerous

Especially after you got the fat woman to the other side with no issue.

Everything was calm as fuk and the dude was chitting his pants

Honestly, the way he was telling him to crawl was confusing even to me. He told him not to move his hands when they were up in the air and then crawl to him

God dam* what a power tripping, delusional ******* that cop was

After watching this - if I am feeling tipsy from alcohol or marijuana. And gun is pointed to me I will scream out that I am drunk.

From the video the guy keeps lying and breaking orders. I believe he states he isn't drunk so then the Cops must assume he is acting erratic because he is nervous of something he is about to do - pull out a gun etc.

I agree with that for sure too. I guess it depends on the situation... in this case it looks like if they approached him and there was a threat in the room as was reported, all the sudden there are people trying to cuff this guy while in line of sight of the door, or there are people passing by this guy trying to secure the door.

Definitely the cops instructions are ridiculous and with the yelling / your life being literally a finger pull away from ending is beyond stressful. I'm surprised people aren't completely stunned by it to the point of complete inaction. Like how does this guy even realize his shorts are falling down with everything going on.

he seemed to be trashed and a moron. But still that cop gave out awful instructions and seemed like judge dread. Again most cops are good and the false narrative that the media pushes on false **** like mike brown doesnt help

Yeah I got that impression too. Cop wanted an excuse to shoot him from the start.

The unfortunate reality is that murderous and evil people are attracted to careers where they are given authority/power over others.

When two cops are pointing guns with one yelling he's going to kill you if you make one wrong move I can understand why the guy is hesitant to say he's drunk. At that point you'll have to assume the cop is finding any opportunity to pull the trigger so telling him your drunk might give him more reason to shoot. Anytime he tried to reason with the cop he's immediately shut down and the cop gets even more aggressive and tells him to shut up. Shut up, comply to my confusing and contradictory instructions, make one mistake and I'll shoot. So fukking unnecessary when it's clear the guy was just trying to follow instructions nervous as chit.

The cop seemed to enjoy the power he had in that situation, their nonchalant attitude after executing him was chilling.

For what it's worth, apparently the guy barking orders and the shooter are two different people. The cops were definitely in the wrong though

why didn't the officer just make him put his hands on the floor and slowly approach so that he can make the arrest? 26 is way too young and inexperienced.

Or have one guy with a gun on him at all times. While the other officer walks toward him with his gun aimed and then temporarily disarms to grab the guys hands and put him in cuffs

Idk the whole situation though. May have something to do with not knowing whats in the room

Also, were these people parts of the crime they were called for? I mean surely youd think maybe you could run into civilians.. Did their actions matchup with the reason that they were there?

I would think to be that armed its pretty serious, and, whoever you were going after would be hyped and unruly

Those people (fat woman & guy) were super unassuming for whatever the police appeared to be there for

One more thing i forgot to mention, you see that the girl listened to their instructions and survived? The cops told him the same exact instruction to kneel towards them with his hands up and he fukked up many times, rewatched it again and the dude had his hands behind his back for a solid 3-4 seconds at 3:45

I know for a fact that his last statements tell him to not move his hands again while theyre up in the air. And then he tells him to crawl

Before that he told him to cross his legs. So it seems mighty hard to "crawl" with your hands up in the air and your feet crossed behind your back

Im sure the dude was scared chitless to ask questions because if he did hed say hes being unruly/ not complying

He said make one mistake and youre dead

WTF was with his reaction @ 4:16. Like a spoiled child. He literally smacked his hands on his knees when the Cop just told him with a serious as fk voice "We will shoot you"

You can tell the guy is completely focused on trying to make his argument/plea with the cops instead of realizing the seriousness of the situation. Like damnit I'm gonna have to pay some ticket or show up to court.

His attitude is annoying to be honest. Perfect storm for a Cop that was wind up tight.

Awesome pics. Great size. Look thick. Solid. Tight. Keep us all posted on your continued progress with any new progress pics or vid clips. Show us what you got man. Wanna see how freakin' huge, solid, thick and tight you can get. Thanks for the motivation.
