That cop should rot in a cell for at least 20 years. Yeah, kid probably should not reach up to pull his pants but who the fukk gives a thousand fukkin cryptic orders to a frightened, crying, begging individual while constantly reminding that you are gonna get fukkin killed if you fuk up even in the slightest. I had a hard time following what the cop was telling the kid to do, I could imagine what the fukk he was thinking. Most likely a lot of us miscers defending the cop would end up dead in that situation; he put such an insane amount of pressure on him and very hard to do commands under such a heavy stress level.
How on earth is it so hard to just tell him to lie still and arrest him instead of fukkin making him fukkin crawl with his hands held up and legs crossed: its hard as fukk. It all felt like he was just waiting for an excuse to blast him.

@boot lickers I want to play a game.

Wonder if any of you itt would be willing to catch a buzz and go to the other end of the hallway while I shout orders at the top of my lungs with the barrel of an assault rifle pointed at your face.
Rules are simple:
You get to live so long as you’re able to crawl close enough to lick my boots with your arms in the air and your feet crossed. You make a mistake and get a face full of bullets. Do you have what it takes to survive?

You can call that poor training, or poor tactics or whatever, but the guy didn't get shot when he put his hands down to crawl. Obviously that would have been just outrageous and yeah the cop should be shot on sight IF that was the case.
The guy got shot because he started to put his hands where it was extremely clear he was not supposed to. Nobody in the world that can understand English could have possibly misunderstood the instruction of where to not put your hands.

Again, someone tells you you make one mistake and youre dead and he just told you what to do but you're confused. How do you even ask? Can you use body language to ask the question?
You know if you sit there and ask questions it's just going to piss off the cop more.
Further, maybe if he didn't pull up his pants they'd drop around his knees and he'd be unable to crawl?

Two occasions I remember probably because I’d done nothing wrong:
1. It’s like 1am, friend takes a leak outside, group of Mexicans call the police and say he’s got a “rape tool.”
L driving down the highway and get pulled over, several police cruisers show up, pull us out the truck 1x1 with like 10 guns trained on us, just looking for a reason to pull the trigger.
I ask if all the guns are necessary - cop says it’s a free country and they can do what they want (major red flag looking back.) I say if it’s a free country why can’t my friend urinate outside when nature calls. Cop gets triggered and makes a gesture with his finger, “I’ve got a book this fukkin thick in the car, and I can find something to put you away for.”
Second instance I’m delivering a business letter, cop outside draws on me like whoa. Just looking for me to sneeze or something to give him reason to kill me. Turns out someone said there was someone showing up to kill the employees or some bs. Cop (he’s like 5’3” Mexican) illegally searches my truck, finds a pistol under the seat, says he saw it on top of the seat and the search was legal and justified. 100% liar scum.
PS: that guy knew the cop wanted to kill him, he was saying pls don’t pls don’t, etc. same things I said when I knew cops wanted to kill me.
FTP. State troopers aight tho.

You know sure as hell no gym shorts are going to conceal a fng pistol.
A phone or wallet weighs them down and makes them sag it's pretty fng obvious too.

The shooter was not the one yelling instructions, that was another officer. He's the one that caused this. He needlessly heightened an already tense situation with his *******ry.
I LOL'd when he yelled "KEY CARD!" in the end, like he's in a video game or something

Public should get a lynch mob together and find this cop and put a hollow point in his dome. The public can’t risk having this guy walk free. Sad!

OK, so the cop handled that situation like total shiet. BUT, with that said the guy should NEVER have reached for his waistband. I don't know what people are thinking these days. If a cop has a gun pointed at you and shouting orders, DO NOT PUT YOUR HANDS INTO YOUR POCKETS/WAISTBAND/ASS HOLE--YOU WILL BE SHOT.
And when cops shoot, they shoot to kill rather than disarm or disable a target. I lul at people who're like "he didn't have to shoot THAT many times." Bitch please. You can't fix stupid. While this guy should probably be fired, he shouldn't be charged with murder.

the girl followed the instructions properly. the cops didnt know who would come around that hallway and use them as cover. why would he swing his arms around, and put them behind his back when obviously in this scenario, he wasnt supposed to? and he keep reaching for his back. the cop got called over because of potential threat with rifle, of course they are gonna be uptight, just follow instructions slowly and properly, and you will survive like the lady.

As a former LEO, I've never seen such orders given. Perhaps they were under the impression that more perpetrators were in the adjacent room and didn't feel safe approaching for an arrest? That's all I could think of.
I do know that being told multiple times to not reach for your lower back and then doing it is a no no. We can't just assume you're NOT carrying and more relaxed cops have been killed for it.
Just unsure of the crawling instruction.

What's with having the guy crawl towards you? Way too much hand movement. Poor guy was executed.
The proper way to handle it would be
1.face away from me hands laced behind your head.
2.when I tell you walk backwards slowly
3. Then when he was in a safe range have him go to his knees while keeping his hands behind his head... then cross his feet. He is still facing away so he won't see you coming. The whole time his hands will Be behind his head. No hand or arm movement.
The confusing set of directions followed by a super unsafe crawl is what did this kid in. The crawl is high risk for the officer because the suspect can see you and hand movement is too unpredictable.

is it normal for 2 cops to charge into a situation if they believe its multiple armed suspects?
