Again, this isn't about me personally. I made double the annual average US salary purely in interest last year. I'm genuinely trying to help those who did more than "put spare change" in this and trust me, as much as you think for some reason that everyone in this thread only put "spare change" in that's also not true.
Oh well. I've explained everything, and more importantly I have a feeling you haven't read the threads I posted in the OP. If you do, you'll see that they're far more educated than the posters here on bitcoin.
Good luck and for the last time,if you have any money invested in bitcoin, just read those threads in the OP, it takes 10 minutes and you can still disagree with everyone there after reading it if you choose.

Or maybe they know enough not to invest in it?
Read the threads. Every one of your last 5 posts in this thread has been ridiculous. Your logic is going to give somebody cancer.

Also in order for any crypto to be used as it's only use (money) it can't be so volatile, needs to have a stable value. When/if that ever happens it won't be worth investing in anymore anyways. So might as well learn to invest in something that pays dividends.

and youre right, the space is very volatile and that is one of the reasons i am taking advantage of it.
once it stablizes, and it will, these "gainz" will slow down as well. for now though, "weeeeee!"

I'm with you btw on the skepticism. Right now crypto is easy money, and when someone says "easy money" my instincts tell me it's a scam/bubble. It means that someone else is willing to buy my Bitcoin for more money that I paid for it (without it producing measurable value) which is the classic definition of a pyramid/bubble. It's an artificial store of wealth, which could easily become worthless if people decide it's worthless i.e. they aren't willing to pay more $ for the asset. By the same token, it may become a de-facto store of digital wealth in society.
Bogleheads are value investors - they are generally very intelligent posters and those posts are highly valuable to provide a balanced debate on this topic in my opinion. They aren't the type of folk to invest in dreams or ideas (angel investors) though. Also, like most forums/communities, they are biased in one direction.
If you asked me to pick a side to generally take investment advice from though - I'm picking BH every day.

shhhh no arguments only make money now
Death is impossible for us to fathom: it is so immense, so frightening, that we will do almost anything to avoid thinking about it. Society is organized to make death invisible, to keep it several steps removed. That distance may seem necessary for our comfort, but it comes with a terrible price: the illusion of limitless time, and a consequent lack of seriousness about daily life. We are running away from the one reality that faces us all.

It’s okay though I look forward to bumping this thread in a year to see how you and the “experts” are coping.
