I have friends from college that I was attracted to but nothing happened.

I have a few female friends. Pretty sure one of my college friends I made out with though lol.

If you want to be friends with a female you have to have NO romantic feelings for them. I have some attractive female friends but I'm not trying to make anything happen for whatever reason.

My wife has guy friends, but they're all manlets for the most part, and not guys she would date. Just cool dudes she knew from HS, and the friendships continued. It depends on the girl...If the girl shares a common interest with the guys she's friends with (they play sports, of skateboard, etc) chances are she's seen as one of the guys. If the girl is just a tag-a-long she's probably trying to fuk.

I have a lot of female friends. Most are in the car community and my gym friends but some are just general friends.

While some of them are pretty hot a lot of them aren't, looks don't factor in.

Having legitimate female friends makes it a lot easier cold approaching new women. Talking to women becomes easy and natural. When I was single I could walk up to any woman and strike up a conversation, it was easy.
Eat in a deficit to lose weight.
Hit your protein and fat minimums to stay healthy and keep your gainz.
Lift heavy and do HIIT to look and feel awesome.
Use the internet to learn why you should do these things and how to do these things.

pretty much this but men are good at hiding that they want to fukk if they aren't getting the right signals so women rarely think of that potential. And it's mainly transitory..before the friendship takes over

Hate to admit it but I dated a girl who was above my league for a year, it was honestly quite stressful since I viewed 95% of people as potential threats.. Once her male nurse even hit on her when I left the room.

Then again it was fun to parade her around at nice restaurants etc

I've had loads of female friends. Most are very sexy, some are not. I doubt many, if any, were ever attracted to me, but hardly any ever ended up single at the same time I was. I don't think being attracted to them makes any difference in the friendship, unless you're trying to do something about it. You're supposed to still be able to function like a normal civilized human if you're attracted to your boss, customer, coworker, whatever. But since it's the misc...

I don't currently spend any one-on-one time with any women besides my wife and sisters though. Once everyone you know is married, you don't really spend one-on-one time with anyone other than your spouse.
