I'm not joking about dog breeds being more dangerous due to their size. Rarely hear a Jack Russell killing an Adult.

They didn't say if there was blood on the dad's mouth either. They need to check that too, it's just as likely that the dad bit her to death and ripped her clothes to shreds with his teeth. More likely, even.

I grew up with Rottweilers in the 90s when they had the pit bulls current rap. Best dogs ever, used to wrestle with me all the time play fight etc. until I get bit in the hand because I had cornered a dog under a table and it backed into the corner while playfighting and panicked.

Or when some kid stuck his head INTO our car into our space and got his nose ripped open.

These were all highly trained, follow verbal commands to a T very expensive guard dogs.

Don’t give me this bullchit about being delusional to dogs like this being able to get triggered. It happens all the time. And just because you know how to handle being around them doesn’t mean everyone does, and you should know its not on peoples responsibility to step gingerly around the dogs triggers, it’s the requirement for the dog to not have those triggers, be restrained, or be removed from existence.
Where did I say they couldn't be triggered or if put in a threatened position won't attack? That's not just Pit Bulls though and that's what I am refuting here. Any big dog can do damage, hell, even small dogs have done damage when biting. Of course the bigger dog will inflict more damage solely due to strength and size. It's up the owners to know their dog and not put them in a position to have something tragic happen. For example, my dog is dog reactive. I take major precautions to make sure we don't encounter another dog up close to where my dog could possibly attack. Unfortunately, there are a lot of stupid dog owners out there.

Pit Bulls jaws don't lock. That is a myth. The reason they can do so much damage is strength and size. All big dogs can do major damage and there are studies that show Pit Bulls don't even have the strongest jaws.

I am so sorry. I can't even imagine. Yep, dog parks are not a good idea. All it takes is one attack for a dog to become fear aggressive to other dogs. It's just not worth it.
