I was at a Merrill Lynch Christmas party a few nights ago and bitcoin came up. The presenter basically said bitcoin is a bubble, but blockchain will be important moving forward. He actually went as far as saying we are in the middle of the fourth industrial revolution with blockchain/IOT leading the way.

He was speaking to a group of 35 traditional investors that have no skin in the game(yet). They still don't grasp it at all and the financial advisors I talked to about crypto HATE it.

Sounds about right lol. Blockchain is the future but gains we are seeing right now are just ridiculous, "early adopters" or not.
Death is impossible for us to fathom: it is so immense, so frightening, that we will do almost anything to avoid thinking about it. Society is organized to make death invisible, to keep it several steps removed. That distance may seem necessary for our comfort, but it comes with a terrible price: the illusion of limitless time, and a consequent lack of seriousness about daily life. We are running away from the one reality that faces us all.

Sounds like he said the go to line a lot of people who know very little say as even my dad who knows absolutely nothing said "I heard bitcoin is a bubble, but blockchain will be huge".

When that many people who lack technical knowledge underestimate bitcoin, It personally gives me more faith in it.

Throwback to me telling my buddy to invest into BTC at 6k, he messages his Charles Schwab friend who says it's a bubble, don't invest. I told my friend "fair enough but I'm going to send you screenshots of the price everytime it goes up", then I've just harassed him since with a new screenshot every 1k increase. He bought in at 10k then sold at 12k lol, aka like two days later.

NEO moon train not stopping. Thinking of when to sell off for some profit, got greedy with XVG last night when it was 470 and was 10 seconds late on selling before the plummet. When chit has these moon trips and dips, it dips 30% in seconds.

NEO’s good because if you miss the neo pump, you can just buy GAS and ride that up since they’re practically attached

Used to. Bags were too heavy for me. Sold and recouped my investment and then some.

Why is NEO trading for almost $10 less on Binance than everywhere else?

Not sure. I was thinking the same thing. When they launch their exchange in January then it would be possible to it right on the site.

Your right. He did a terrible job of explaining bitcoin as well. But seeing as he was speaking to an audience that knows even less about the subject than he does, I think it was pretty positive. Calling it the fourth industrial revolution really got people interested. He said the adoption rate would be much more rapid than previous revolutions as well.

On a "real economy" level they don't see any recessions for at least 24 months.
