Still holding this range I posted about like a champ. Long wicks on the down movements from last evening suggest strong support on the bottom of the channel. Each parabolic run has led to a range that can be fitted like the one here that holds true until BTC blasts through the top creating another parabolic movement and new subsequent channel. As long as the bottom holds this around 18k (and rising as time goes on) Poloniex I remain lean heavily to the upside long term.

The current 2 hour candle is a nice example of a clear reversal off the selloff from last night.

If we can get a 2 hour close above the uppermost resistance line.. hard to see on this chart so lets zoom in..


Hourly here.. If we can get a close above the upper resistance line around about 19k Poloniex with good volume we'll be in for a nice trade most likely. RSI and MACD showing we are ready to reverse and will act as lagging confirmation back to the upside if they turn around which looks like it could happen soon. OBV showing bullish divergence here as a leading indicator although I don't trust this one as much but it's worth noting as a part of the whole puzzle.

FWIW - the top of this channel takes us around 22k. If we get a 4 hour close above there on good volume I would be leaning towards a new parabolic move probably around to high 20,000s based off a fib extension that has been accurate in the past.. doesn't mean it will always be but I like keeping it in the back of my mind.

Failure - If we have a 2 hour close under the bottom of the range around about 18k here (rises as time goes on) I would be exiting all markets for a little while till I could get a grasp on what might be occuring and new trend forming
