Bittrex is pretty garbage, way preferring Binance now. Might consolidate all my stuff on Bittrex into Binance.

I just have it from the fork, tbh. It's up lke 30% since then, which is absolutely insane compared to any other asset we might imagine... but, yea, in crypto land that is bullchit.

Fair enough. I still have most of my BTC on coinbase like a cuck so I'm not really benefiting from these forks. Talked with my brother about buying each other Ledger Nano S's for Christmas.

Long time lurker of the thread. Read a lot about bitcoin in 2011, but never bought in... acquired 0.11BTC by CPU mining and bitcoin faucets back in the day. Forgot about it for 5 years, then didn't have any money to actually buy in. Many regrets right now but figured it's never too late to hop in now that I've got a little money. Practicing right now with the 0.11BTC to learn how the exchanges work.

tbh, I bought ETH today just to get over my fear of moving out of bitcoin. Not because I thought it was moving today, in particular. I just need to gamble a bit more; btc even doubling from here is a huge ask, ain't no way we're seeing 10x on that again.

I'm sure they'll still be the big boys with steady gains though. The altcoins are basically penny stocks to be thrown around. Any entrance into alt coins in the first place is going to come through BTC, ETH, and to a slightly lesser extent LTC. 30%+ gains a day though hnghhh

Dumped half of my remaining XRP for some more eth which is paying off so far. I've lost hope in XRP and doubt it's the next coinbase coin. If anything DASH has a better chance, even though no one ever talks about it I've kept an eye on it and it's just slow and steady rising every day. Never really 30%+ but 5-10% consistently.
