XRP is amazing me tbh, when I was in it, i basically sold to get other profits elsewhere in coins like OMG and Antshares, but if I had just held my investment there i'd be up more than all the market playing I was in.. but I only had a few grand back then to play with so I had to move it around, now I feel like all these projects matured far greater than I expected back then.

to me XRP hitting 1 dollar and needing this much market cap with its 38 billion coins seemed like a fuggin pipedream.

The funniest thing is people think XRP should pump just because it's the 5-year anniversary. The 10-year BTC anniversary is going to rip sh*t up if anniversary pumps are a thing.

XRP isn't going on Coinbase any time soon. Coinbase went through hell with Bitcoin Cash and now they're going to suddenly put on another coin in the space of 24 hours, get a full server upgrade to deal with not one but two coin releases? No way. It also doesn't make sense for Coinbase, they like to sell high value, low circulating volume coins like Litecoin, ETH etc. this is why I'm so positive DASH is going to be the next coin - it just fits their business model.

BTC is dead right now, ethereum is stable, Litecoin is stable, and bcc is on lockdown. Who are people turning to right now? Ripple dawgs. No one is relating this to a 5 year anniversary. The fact that Ripple has ties to many banks, american express, bill gates, and all these circulating rumours.

I actually don't love LTC's chart RN. Not as bad as BTC tho. ETH is the only big 3 that hasn't "turned over" yet.

and yes, ripple is surging because it has a ton of commercial rumors. Not because of anniversary lmfao

I think LTC may phase out. Its only second best to BTC (as founder said) ....it will face the same issue. Whatever LTC does, BTC will do. So if BTC is dying here doesn't that mean LTC will follow the same path.


Its a simple clone.

edit: I like ETH that will have a run up next year but be warned there are so many bugs you can exploit, I'd imagine a few more hacks there

Ripple was in the sh*t, down and out at $0.2. Lots of great rival coins with similar applications were coming up like Stellar (XLM). These fake news announcements are manufactured.

I wouldn't be surprised if they purposefully developed a campaign team that starts these rumors themselves unless they actually announce Amazon, Uber or whatever today.

It's unlikely Amazon would be announced in a online Q&A with the fat fingered dev, that's like the biggest news in crypto. It would be live and on stage under the lights.

coinbase on hold right now they can't even open up BCH. another coin would be pure chaos. end of Jan they probably launch another one

XRP is most likely IMO due to volume. Its all about fees.

I'm talking about during today's Q&A session with the dev which is why Ripple is pumping now and not next month. He said "two household names" would be announced today. That's what this is about.

Months down the line, sure, it could go on Coinbase - but no f*cking way is it going on today unless it is announced in advance, which is something Coinbase tends not to do historically.
