I disagree. I'm 5'6 and when I cut down to 145 for wrestling I looked like a skeleton

Lol we are talking past each other, this isn't even worth it. You aredefiningathletic to be requiring strength....I am not. Simple as that.

You don't need lots of strength to run a marathon. You don't lots of need strength to play tennis. You don't need lots of strength to be good at soccer. These are athletes IMO.

As for flexibility, agility, stamina...etc....wow.....you can determine all of that from a picture? Interesting.
