You don't need lots of strength to run a marathon. You don't lots of need strength to play tennis. You don't need lots of strength to be good at soccer. These are athletes IMO.
As for flexibility, agility, stamina...etc....wow.....you can determine all of that from a picture? Interesting.

I can tell you aren't agile and lack stamina from your photo, yes. And as I posted above, speaking strictly medically you are underweight.
We're not talking past each other. I'm responding directly to what you're saying and you are trying to rationalize the fact that you aren't athletic looking by trying to make a marginal case using one or two athletes in a sport that doesn't require much athleticism to begin with, completely glossing over the fact that the vast majority of athletes in those sports have way better physiques than you.
Also glossing over the fact that what we're really talking about here is you being in 'athletic shape' which implies that you look athletic. As I stated, the connotation there is that you have something that at least resembles muscle mass and/or definition. You do not.

It blows my mind when I see people lose or gain fat or muscle, fast. Like wtf.

While you can't judge speed, agility, flexibility, stamina from pics in an absolute sense....looking at your pics, I can almost promise you I'm more agile, fast, and flexible than yourself. Most would probably come to the same conclusion.
Using your logic......if you arenotRafa Nadal or a professional tennis player, you cannot be very, very good at tennis and be athletic. All those D-1 college tennis players......garbage. lol. Also did you miss my comment about Novak Djokovic? Do you consider him, who btw is one of the best tennis players in the world...to be "fukking ripped"? Huh? Or even take Roger Federer. "Fukking ripped"?
As for the medical definition of underweight....walk into almost any doctor's office and if there is any concern about being underweight, the first thing they will take note of is your BMI. Like it or not, 6'3 150 is a normal BMI. (Low normal, but normal). I was told this exact same thing by 3 different doctors--all of them referencing BMI......and they know a helluva lot more about this than you, random misc brah.
Finally, we are talking past each other indeed, because we are using differentdefinitionsof athleticism..you can't have any kind of rational argument about something you are defining differently. Logic 101.
With that said, I'm not trying to derail your thread OP, so I won't be responding.

Speaking of logic, stating one or two athletes who do not look athletic does not redefine what it means to be athletic. That is called creating a marginal case, and is a logical fallacy. Most, literally like 99% of athletes have significant muscle mass and definition. Especially when we're talking about something besides tennis and running, which apparently are the only two sports you care to discuss.
BTW I agree with your definition of athletic, you just don't fit the description lmao. Enjoy your not responding and twink goals of 2018.

GNG occurs with fats too, which is the whole point of being in Ketosis. No way you're eating enough protein to prevent ketosis. Like I said I was eating 200g protein with 10-20g fat and carbs, and was almost constantly in ketosis. Checked with the strips and everything.
But hey maybe that's just me.

That twink above ignored all the football and basketball players (who are 10x more athletic than Djokovkc) at his height, ripped and 185+ lol. At 6'4" 150 you have no muscle and underweight. Only hope like I said is if you run marathons and guess what they are underweight too
