bubble ridden, I bought 2 full coins back in 2016 when I was considering joining the darkside of bb, but then chickened out, so they just sat there and I forgot about them, sold at 15k, can't do a lot with the money but turning 700 into 30k for doing nothing didn't suck, guess I could pay off my car or something.

Blockchain will change information security IMO. I don't understand how it can be used as currency though... So far, it seems like people are buying and selling security tokens or some BS to me, which doesn't make sense. Still learning about blockchain.

I still think it recovers and hits more all time highs in the next couple months but the fact that so many “Wall Street” investors and institutions like Goldman Sachs announcing they’re starting to invest in bitcoin scares the chit out of me since they’re probably looking to short it more than anything else. That might be the “conflict of interest” litecoin founder was referring to when he sold his entire stake last week

Absolutely, blockchain has almost endless uses but dont get caught in the trap of that meaning Bitcoin, or ETH etc.

The technology will be used internally by banks, financial services and probably governments/central banks. BTC itself is nothing special, it has no advantage over any other crypto other than it was first

Big guys are driving this down, they took their short positions at the top and sold off their coins triggering a sell off.
New investors that have no idea what they are doing, got scared and sold, anyone with gains are selling.
This will tank hard, killing retail and then skyrocket again.
If it hits 1k I'm tempted to buy one or 2 because it's going up again once the big guys get all they want.

IMO this spike and crash will continue until all bitcoins are institutionally owned.

The difference is the big boys know what they're doing and when to get back in the game. The little guys just chase the dreams with their little investments.

Thread full of coincel cope. All the actual investors shorted the f*ck out of that ponzi scheme. Even Financial Post reads like "Thank you, suckers".

Next time stick to safer investments like the roulette wheel or craps table.
