Long term hold is an overlooked strategy. Nothing wrong with setting and forgetting, so to speak.

110x (x, not %) total - this includes two substantial holdings that are trading at significantly less than their book value (the value of their actual assets), which is basically the opposite of some of the currently pumped vaporware, so expecting those two to 10x in 2018 easy. I fully expect to pass 1000x in 2018.

Also currently about 30x if I just held BTC

interesting concept for the right person

the problem that i have with it is that i want to be aware of whats going on in the crypto world, and i would fear losing touch with it.
the reality is is youre busy with other things and dont want to be bothered, then you could do worse.

although i would prob split that sht and give ETH some love. ETH aint going nowhere anytime soon

The day to day constant checking the markets is murdering my soul. I have maybe 500$ spread across some really crazy alts just for fun ha. After diking around trading I settled on HODLING LTC. If not for a year or two at least a couple months. Come hell or high water. I'm still going to hold.

Getting emotional when I saw one day huge dips has realistically cost me from making a quarter of a million last month. I don't have a whole lot actually in. I just got in on the ground floor on a couple things. And sold literally a week before that crazy run in December.
I woke up this morning still breathing. Might as well take advantage of it.

I posted in the first page of the first MCC thread but didn't buy until May this year. About 5x up, which would have been higher if I just bought BTC and held instead of ETH and trading alts lol.
Hoping for another 5x at least next year!

Always diversify your alts, got 5k in trx and looks like I might as well hold and not check it again till may of 2018.

Anyone ever seen such blatant sell wall suppression on an alt like it is on VEN? 50 btc walls staggered so close to each other even as they had that announcement teaser tweet. 300 btc from 108k-115k sats.

Is anyone expecting anything significant for Bitcoin tomorrow? I was going to buy more today but I'm here frozen at my laptop.
I wanted more two days ago but didn't have any fiat sitting. The feels.

Invested first time in 2013 but pulled out after the crash (great idea..)

Came back in may this year.
Made 20x holdling alts with a little trading,.. with BTC it would've been around 10x I guess

Nice to see Rev back.

Wife and I put some money into ETH when I first got started. We haven't touched it since, and we are sitting at around 8-10x.

I also put some play money into crypto around the same time, mostly messing around with ETH and some altcoins (ZRX, WTC, RPX, ADA, KNC). So far I have 4x my initial investment (haven't put anything else into it since). This includes the losses I took from some bad plays and ICOs. But if I left my investment in BTC, I'd be close to 8x. The way I see it, staying in the core coins like BTC, ETH, et cetera is the safest play long term. But keeping your ear to the ground with all of the different altcoins offers a lot of insight into the technology, and getting in at a low entry point for some of these coins could turn into a potential 10-20x overnight, like it did for some people a week ago.

Daytrading crypto is so unpredictable, but can be extremely gratifying if it pays off. Buying and hodling is like investing in real estate. Hopefully I've got both bases covered lol

Sideways/slow moving BTC always equates to heavy alt trading. I think we could all agree this would be the best long term growth scenario for the crypto market. BTC needs to stablize and let the alts ride the rollocoaster until the market cap hits a trillion and the BTC dominance pulls back a bit.

Got in to crypto in 2013, thought BTC was overpriced so I put everything in WDC. After the crash and the scam I just left everything.

Started looking again early this year when misc was talking about eth. Kept putting it off until I got in around November.

I was up 100% on investment and 50% in BTC trading the ETH and LTC pumps. But have since lost most of my gains in the crash last week, sending my holdings from one exchange to the other to buy the dip, instead of just buying the dip with extra fiat.

Matter of time until bat has it's days. Got a few grand in there waiting for lift off. Also holding qsp (scooped some up near the atl), 500 bnb (picked up before the recent news) neo, gas, omg, mod, ltc, eth, bcc

Started on 11/14. By 12/15 I had 2.5x'd my account lmao. Currently 1.95x after crash. Waiting patiently for the next bull run.

The only FUD I have is when I go back and read "peak oil" articles and how crude was supposed to moon for eternity when peak oil conversation was all the rage. Welp, turns out crude futures aren't any more expensive than they were 20 years ago after a huge boom, then bust, with multiple documentaries/shills/fear mongering. Hell, we even were being taught in school about it in 7th grade.

I can see something like that happen to crypto, which makes me lean toward swing trading rather than holding all the chit forever.

does look like a very good H&S. but I'm airing on the bull market side and market sentiment ignoring price action. I think post NYE we see a rebound and this head and shoulders is a false flag. but i could also be eating crow in 2 weeks w/ a sub 10k bitcoin.

also banking on tax refund season being huge for crypto lol... people who normally don't have extra cash kicking around will potentially throw money into the market hoping to multiply it. from feb-april lots of new money coming in from the USA.

I mean I know personally anything that comes back to me, is going right into crypto haha.

Boys.

Suppoman the autistic shiller on Youtube who marketed Ethos/Bitquence is now doing this project: BitDegree.

If you want to jump in on Bitdegree this then it's an easy 2-5x short term.

You can use my referral link and gimmie that 5% juicy bonus if you want:https://stude.co/130627

I bought his latest course to check which ICO he will be shilling next and can confirm it will be Bitdegree. The product is actually good and its backed by this autistic mofo.

He hasn't made a video yet so this hasn't sold out but expect it sell out fast when he shills his course to his viewers via Youtube.
