We can't ignore the conquests of other racial groups either. Most people in general get along with each other and are too preoccupied with their own lives to mobilize a movement against whatever current issue is going on. What we've been seeing is a group of people largely concentrated in academia, who have assigned themselves to represent and speak on behalf of groups they perceive as oppressed. These "Activists" who mostly come from affluent backgrounds and who can only theorize about hardships have managed to gain social and political momentum by shutting down dissent and expressing their views in such a bombastic attention-seeking way that would make it seem as though they are representative of the groups they are fighting for.

The claim "Diversity is a strength" is just a parroted mantra used to override logic, and anyone who disagrees is typically labeled a racist by the left. You know.. because arguments are hard, and name calling is easy.

That said, all cultures are not equal (again, despite what the left would have you believe), and some are outright incompatible with each other. That kind of diversity has a negative impact, and certainly isn't a strength. Quite the opposite.

Not that I can pull out of my ass, no. But it stands to reason that having a few people around who think differently will lead to solutions to problems that an echo-chamber of thought wouldn't. Intellectual diversity isn't based on race or gender though.

A lot of poor urban blacks that were born in America play the victim card to get out of doing chit. Ask any teacher who has taught in a "hood" school and these people do nothing to improve their chances of getting out. Yes areas lack school funding etc, but they choose the easy way which is usually illegal.They place their egg on athletics, rapping, or doing hood chit. Then they blame white people for keeping them down. Its like, I have known a half a dozen African immigrants who I work with put their kids their college and now having very successful careers. Half these dudes came from refugee camps from Sudan and a poor ass family farm from Ethiopia. They couldnt even speak english and still got chit done without rapping, sports, ending up in jail, or dead. Its like enough with the fukking excuses already, its out there, you gotta work for it, 97% of white people dont get their chit just handed to them either. Every"race" gets fukked over by the law. Hanging out at midnight on street corner wearing red clothing is not going to put you in a good situation, regardless of race. Even these African immigrants dislike African American culture. So, not saying there isnt some cases of discrimination, a lot of the problem stems from African American culture promoting victimization and wrong prriorities, not white folk.

I can understand being bitter about segregation, their parents and grandparents lived through that. Not saying it should be "erased" from history. Its like come on man, its 2017. The racist whites are in nursing homes now or mentally deranged attention seekers.

The first part of your first statement is technically true, "white people are expected to succeed," but this is namely due to record keeping. It's the latter is that is incorrect. White people are not given anything for free. Just try applying to a college as a white kid, you'll note that every single scholarship is diversity based. White people, namely white males, pay the most for their education, and receive the least in return. This because once you graduate, you have to compete with diversity quotas at every institution, and your GPA basically means s*** f*** all compared to corporate tax breaks for being an all-inclusive company.

The first part of your second statement is also true, "black people aren't expected to do chit," once again, due to record keeping, but it's the latter that is once again incorrect. Black people receive a chit ton of help, so much so that entire school districts change their curriculum to pass more black students when they see them under-preforming. Courses have been butchered to keep black students interested in studying, and math has been thrown out the window to see that more black students enroll in post secondary education.
