That's the futures market. BUt the volume is so low, that IGNIS can be swung around very easily. Also the total supply is insanely high (1 billion), i doubt it's worth 14 billion.

DBC is the talks on Kucoin. Anything in the 90's or low 100's is a good time to get in. Though watch it a bit before making a decision.
