I think everyone should take pics holding newspapers in the same pose, clothes, lighting, etc. and just post them at the end date. That way we don’t have to search back for everyone’s before pic.

I like the newspapers idea, unless someone else has something better, they're easily accessible enough, and you'd just have to do it twice (assuming ending results would need timestamps too).

Just front pose? Or need multiple angles? I suggest 1 front, 1 profile and 1 back picture. Or just front and back.

Was gonna skimp on the gym today after going snowboarding, but fk I saw this thread and remembered I gotta get going on this schit. I'll post physique pics w/ spoon and a paper with today's date with my weight at the gym. Hopefully my weight will be going up and my body fat will be dropping. Jan to May is legit, but January to June is a full 6 months... just sayin'. Either way I'm planning on looking fairly shredded. I just wanna hit 175 at 10%.
