Crypto needs more than use cases at this point, they need something that actually solves real world problems. SWIFT is antiquated and XRP can be the future. I'm not saying any of this regarding price speculation and simply focusing on the tech, for all I know XRP could be extremley successful at $1/XRP.
Agreed. From a simple business perspective you can't help but speculate that xrp will be successful. Love it, hate it, but it's offering value to a huge sector, and those sectors are responding. Getting stuck on financial ideologies is not the best way to make money if you're a trader/investor; it can still be done, but being objective and seeing the big picture is vitally important. I personally enjoy sticking to my own and not supporting coins like xrp. But I'm likely losing money because of that. Portfolio is up right now though so no complaints

*edit the tin foil hat theory on ripple above is pretty awesome.

Ripple the payment protocol can use tokens representing anything, but on terms of fiat currency transfers it can use XRP as a "bridge" if it's the fastest way to get the money across i.e. USD to XRP to GBP/CAD etc. Regardless, the banking application isn't the problem. The problem is their cryptocurrency, XRP, and the principles it follows.

This, I hear most banks won't even use the token, all they want is the transfer times on shifting currency and lower costs. I also hear XRP have said they'll just create more tokens if the price gets out of hand? Lol? Wheres the value in that

Damn, I read so many rumors a day that whenever something moons I'm like, damn I almost bought that... When really I didn't.

Still. That's a good pick, the gaming industry will have a big coin, and that will probably be it.

Where exactly do you get your information?

XRPs latest pump was in part due to Japanese and Korean banks piloting it to exchange their currencies.

https://www.ft.com/content/2f595696-...7-521324c81e23

They're also working with AMEX and Santander group

https://www.cnbc.com/2017/11/16/amer...-platform.html

Ripples control of the tokens is compltley transperent, methodical and locked up in escrow. A very small portion of a token is also removed from existence when you perform a transfer.

I picked up a nice stack. Maybe I need to trade it myself. I'm missing gains by being a holder.

UKG is brand new to Bittrex, super cheap, and hasn't moved much. Only a matter of time before it moons.

zens a long term hold bro.

wouldn't have gotten into it short term unless you are anticipating something specific.

next months rebranding would be one of those times
Death is impossible for us to fathom: it is so immense, so frightening, that we will do almost anything to avoid thinking about it. Society is organized to make death invisible, to keep it several steps removed. That distance may seem necessary for our comfort, but it comes with a terrible price: the illusion of limitless time, and a consequent lack of seriousness about daily life. We are running away from the one reality that faces us all.

Not chit. And they don't look particularly on-the-ball, product wise. Bugs on the website, etc. I just think it will have a big PnD relatively shortly. It's at -100% due to just being listed. Not keeping it long term, but I had some extra BTC around for a moonshot today, I don't think it will go down, as it's already low.

My experience recently with new KuCoin coins:

they peak 24-48 hours after being released there, then lose about 50% before stabilizing.
You may want to think about looking in some gains
