Feels. Picked up a run down house in East Atlanta for 110k, put about 30 into it so far, could flip it now for 185 or wait until Amazon moves its headquarters here and see if I can get it above 300 something. BTC would have been a better investment, but I also didn't own a crystal ball back then.

This would be the second one I've done, thought about getting into rentals, but then you have to deal with renters, no thanks Jeffrey.

I am telling every here (NOT TO BUY BCH) just what is suppose to happen in 2018

personally I want to sell to all you at 100K ++ I get no gain by anyone buying in now. once they execute (if they don't as I said we will know they are a fraud) it will be too late and the price will sky rocket faster than BTC went to 20k.

Bought some more btc last night. Looks like a good move.

Fyi for those doing instant xfers with ccs or debit cards, coinbase is considered foreign, so you may get charged an additional 3 percent fee.

I wanted to get some quick money on last night, so I used capital one with no foreign fees.

Banks won't even use XRP. They would use Ripple's technology, which is the company that created XRP. There is no reason for them to use XRP when 1) the creators of XRP have tens of billions locked away, 2) they can make more at any time, 3) the price is volatile. Banks have zero incentive to use XRP, though the actual Ripple technology would be useful to them. Don't panic just because XRP went 100% for a bit (before dipping back down a ton) in a market where literally every coin has gone 100% at some point in the past week or two.
