Are you looking for long term holding or day trading more volatile coins? Look into xmr. Bought some myself. The more I research it, the more I like what they are trying to do. But I am a holder, I rarely day trade.

I want coins that are currently undervalued and lowish market cap with good potential. Is that asking for a lot haha?

Until you convert your crypto into FIAT, the government has no business in what you're doing. Our coins technically have no value in regard to FIAT.

They're "technically" worthless. It's like trading baseball cards between people.

I still think that "big money" will invest through derivatives and not actually get their hands dirty by buying coins, so it shouldn't moon things. Like with BTC futures.

The new tax law does mention that weโ€™re liable for capital gains for coin-to-coin though. In 2018 I guess if it goes through as-is. Gonna be ridiculously difficult to calculate some of this chit. So many questions.

NEO crew das it. Finally triple digits.
Death is impossible for us to fathom: it is so immense, so frightening, that we will do almost anything to avoid thinking about it. Society is organized to make death invisible, to keep it several steps removed. That distance may seem necessary for our comfort, but it comes with a terrible price: the illusion of limitless time, and a consequent lack of seriousness about daily life. We are running away from the one reality that faces us all.

i wouldn't think so. btc is still going to have movement.

i would have loved to have seen this had btc not strangleheld the market for 2 months.

i think the disparity between btc and eth would be closer and make the flippening look a lot more likely. (not even considering ripple right now)

Pay your taxes brahs. No need to stress out over everything just make sure you have all the data. Also just cough up the money and go to a professional to help with tax planning, especially for those who have made a lot of money over the past year. I've done my own taxes for over 10 years and have had some complicated tax issues in the past, plus I'm a CPA, and I'll be paying the premium to have others work on my taxes this year. You don't want this chit to be hanging over your head later on especially if more exchanges open up their records in the future.

I rode POE for a 10% gain today. I'm waiting to see what asia does tonight before hopping back in. REQ is another one that didn't do a thing today.

They support the alts they list on the website, plus any ERC20 token. Most alts you will need to just leave on an exchange and ****ing pray every day it doesn't get hacked.

But you didn't know that at the time - no point worrying. I don't [usually] try to time it, just let it pump and settle and that's your gains. Much less stress. You only need to time it if you got in really late. If you bought when it was flat before the pump then it's rare (at the moment) that it will retrace right to the previous baseline, or even near it.
